You know, considering Mike’s talents and experience I think he’d be a fine employee for Lobotomy Corporation. I’m sure he’d be great at suppressing abnormalities during a containment breach. Let’s write him a letter of recommendation!
There's something about Snorks that really scares me. An unfortunate soldier, mentally and physically sanded down by the Zone until they're reduced to their feral instincts. When the mind allows it, the body can pull off seemingly impossible stunts. Like average men jumping like grasshoppers, and surviving extended periods with an exposed spine and various open wounds.
The snorks came from a batallion of soldiers who were instructed to put on gas masks during an the second incident emmision as their commander thought it was gas, thus there is such a high (yet decreasing) amount
There is a theory (the scientists's encrypted document claims, also Butcher in Garbage) that the snorks, while the first hundreds/thousands were unfortunate soldiers who were transformed during the reaction operation of the second disaster, are in fact "moulages", reanimated bodies risen by the energies of psy-storms and emissions as an unwanted defence mechanism of the zone, hence their neverending number. It would explain that how is it possible that they reproduce under the years after the happenings of the first stalker games.
@@imperial.pictures8all mutants&mutant types are never-ending, as it'd be hard to explain how each pripyat resident had 5 dogs lol there's no real explanation and none needed, the zone will never run out of mutants, duty has been killing them for years (or literally over a decade in stalker 2)

Seeing STALKER in the incredibly art of your illustrations is really surreal, like the STALKER 2 trailer. The mutants are an integral part to the zone experience. Sometimes one can't be really sure if a mutant has been created the way it is or if it is a mix of what the scientists did and what the zone did to it. Also Mike really should invest into scopes and silencers, they give you some precious time. Additionally, while one can't be always that lucky, spotting any enemy before they see you can safe you a lot of medical care and that aint cheap in the zone. I am convinced snork numbers are kinda replenished by unfortunate stalkers who suffer the same fate as the original soldiers that became the first snorks. Otherwise I can't logacally explain the ridiculous numbers of em in the zone. Putting snorks and zombified stalkers out of their misery is mercy.
If the mutated pigs are usually non-hostile unless you mess with them is me being within 50 mssing with them cuz I have never once picked a fight with them but they have picked many fights with me

@@chrislaurent1137 TBF it was weird it had a negative reaction to it, you think they would like the pain being Crossed and all. Maybe it did had he confused it for pain.
Bloodsuckers are frightening bullet sponges, Pseudogiants are walking tanks, and Psy-dogs are a pain in the ass if you don't have a box to stand on to pick off clones from safety. At the end of the day, despite being a pain to deal with, they're all easily dealt with with a mix of higher ground or a tight space they can't fit in, and several mag dumps. But nothing, nothing drives me up the wall more than a damned Burer. Between blocking bullets, nabbing the damn gun out of my hand, and picking up the (somehow) infinite ammo guns off the floor, I'm tempted to keep an RPG in my pack at all times exclusively for those short telekinetic freaks.
When they activate their shield holster your weapon and hide where guns can't shoot you, or pick them up as you run around to make more blind spots. Shoties and good ammo make them a breeze when you do this.

your art has really improved since the SCP days ! Im glad you stuck with hand drawn art and do not rely on cheap AI images, it gives you videos so much character !
9:20. No, Zombified Stalkers are people who want to die because they can't do nothing or smth like that, They shoot at people so they can force people to kill them, By the way the mumbling nonsense are also audible words like "One more artifact" or "-Name-, i will come back soon".
@RepostGuy101the thing that saddens me is that in a mission i think like 5+ years ago there was area and there was some zombified stalkers and like they were attacking hostile mercs i think, pretty sad to think about it if you dig into the lore of the zombies or not zombies instead husks of humans.
@@Ireallylovefluffythecat the zombies aren’t necessarily zombies too! They’re basically just people but incredibly confused like with Dementia/Alzheimer’s disease. They do remember key memories but they’re just reduced to instinct
As a hunter I can assure you pulling a bullet fragment or a shotgun pellet out of your mouth isn't the worst, as long as you don't bite on it hard enough to break a tooth, it's usually shotgun pellets you get in the food especially when hunting birds
also the zombified STALKERS mutterings and incoherent ramblings are very often speaking about their families and friends, promising to come home and such, just some extra flavor for thought when you're putting them out of their misery :)
Just started playing stalker 2, so these videos are gonna be handy to know what I'm due to face, already faced snorks last night in a military complex, hfs they just KEEP COMING

@ sounds like some stalker 2 ai pop in for sure
I'm surprised that nobody's taking about the fact that we almost would have a raid ad from Mr. Illustrated
Refusing was a great choice btw
Congratulations on reaching the One Million Subscribers Milestone! Well done! On to another Million!
I am so happy that you talk about STALKER.
I would never expect for you to find S.T.A.L.K.E.R., this is great!
Video starts at 0:00 this video was awesome, and the artwork is awesome work, love your videos
Zombies are featured in the book thay S.T.A.L.K.E.R is loosely-based on; Roadside Picnic.
The Zombies in the book are pretty creepy. They dug themselves out of their graves in zone and walked to where they used to live before they died. They're kind of like very severe dementia patients, and they scream at night.
Stalker 2 …bloodsuckers everywhere
Please do Mr. X and Nemesis from Resident Evil next
I'd love to see a throw down cage match of all the giants in RE: Nemesis vs MR X vs other tyrants vs Lady Dimitrescu vs El Gigante vs Dr Birkin. I may be missing one or two other giants in the list, but you get the gist. For the sake of things, lets keep it to humanoid form big enemy's.
No
@@Von_Langstein That would indeed be awesome but i think throwing Nemesis in a three way battle with these guys could be more interesting
Killer Croc (DC)
Tank (Left 4 Dead)
been subscribed for YEARS. and not a single video has missed keep it up bro. or not its up to you man
Man give my boy Mike a medal bro has been through a lot also give him a hug
I'm just happy to see STALKER get some love, great games.
0:05 They'll just as soon feast on the blood of fleshpigs.
1:06 / 4:22 Speaking of fleshpigs.
4:22 My spirit animal. 🙃
8:56 / 14:00 "It's 40-Miller time!"
9:32 Ever play 'You Are Empty'?
11:05 Overalls?! Looks more like a slicker or hooded duster.
11:25 "In a perfect world..."
0:55 Hey, that's me.
That’s me currently in STALKER 2 Hearts of Chernobyl bc of the damn food and medkits I have
I never expected you to make a video about Stalker
Bloodsuckers seem like they are all too common in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 :(
Way too common.
10:42 "In a perfect world, men like me do not exist. This is not a perfect world."
So Cool! You really nailed it and the Art you did... It is just so cool!
You forgot to mention the drunk bandits from Cordon that take 8 shots to die
Ah yes, and the fact that you are armed with the Slavic Super Soaker(tm) doesnt help much
Crazy how bloodsuckers really went from rare demons of the zone to common bullet sponges
Chimera
Threat level: May God have mercy on your soul
Until they nerf mutants i recommend u stock up on energy drinks and water before u go into the Swamps 😂 its a chimers there...
If the mutated pigs are usually non-hostile unless you mess with them is me being within 50 mssing with them cuz I have never once picked a fight with them but they have picked many fights with me
yeah I don’t know why stalker 2 made them do that
Video Idea:-
The crossed comic series(basically zombies that make when the day breaks a blessing)
Can they really be categorized as zombies?
I don't know man! That would probably get demonetized instantly. Not because of the gore but because the Crossed are..."warriors"
I remember this one! Weren't the crossed basically like cartel members with a fear of salt?
@@jasonjr376 No that's a lie from one idiot survivor that thought salt would prevent them from attacking upon seeing one reacting violently but in reality, that one crossed just got salt in his eyes. Let's just say the survivor and his family got a gruesome reality check afterwards.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R Illustrated when?
My dude Mike is surprisingly resilient, surviving many lethal deaths and returning to work the next day!
The cats and the boars are by far the most dangerous mutants in the Zone.
Nah bro the dogs beat the boars and the mutated humans are worse than the cats
@@benjamincesarpangan2077 literally, you can be geared up with endgame weapons, powered exoskeleton, artifacts out the wazoo and still get ganked by a pack of dogs like a day-1 noob
@@Synthonym you talking about me or something cuz no way am I getting put on a shirt by those dogs
mutated cats are among the weakest enemies in stalker cause unlike any other mutant they dont simply rush at you giving you time to shoot them first.
boars charge at you tanking at least one buckshot shell and blind dogs surround you and overwhelm you with numbers.
I'm so glad your channel is blowing up again after the scp yt drama! You deserve it SO much !! I love this channel
0:22 scp 096 origin lmao
Love the drawings man! Reminds me of Dougal Dixon's "Man After Man" anthology. Keep up the great work! 👍
your art has really improved since the SCP days ! Im glad you stuck with hand drawn art and do not rely on cheap AI images, it gives you videos so much character !
Interesting video, there is another cut monster maybe worth mention, Izlom. Bizarre creature
Absolutely loved the video. The artwork and the descriptions were awesome. Would love to see more Stalker content like this.
9:20. No, Zombified Stalkers are people who want to die because they can't do nothing or smth like that, They shoot at people so they can force people to kill them, By the way the mumbling nonsense are also audible words like "One more artifact" or "-Name-, i will come back soon".
one made me pretty sad because when I played call of Pripyat, I heard a zombie talking about going home to his daughter and how she’s grown so much 😭
@RepostGuy101the thing that saddens me is that in a mission i think like 5+ years ago there was area and there was some zombified stalkers and like they were attacking hostile mercs i think, pretty sad to think about it if you dig into the lore of the zombies or not zombies instead husks of humans.
@@Ireallylovefluffythecat the zombies aren’t necessarily zombies too! They’re basically just people but incredibly confused like with Dementia/Alzheimer’s disease.
They do remember key memories but they’re just reduced to instinct
As a hunter I can assure you pulling a bullet fragment or a shotgun pellet out of your mouth isn't the worst, as long as you don't bite on it hard enough to break a tooth, it's usually shotgun pellets you get in the food especially when hunting birds
when I played stalker cop for the first time, i got attacked by a blood sucker and killed it thinking "why are the enemys in this game so strong?"
Bloodsuckers? Rare? I already fought like 6 in the lesser zone, 2 of em at once while at the POL depot in a random encounter.
First time I saw a snork I thought to my self : "I just got attacked by a bunch of breack dancers"
I honestly wish bloodsuckers were rare in Stalker 2. Ive encountered like 5 is the first zone. Once had to fight 2 at the same time.
also the zombified STALKERS mutterings and incoherent ramblings are very often speaking about their families and friends, promising to come home and such, just some extra flavor for thought when you're putting them out of their misery :)
"Bloodsuckers are legendary in the zone given their rarity" Oh boy, do I have news for you regarding Stalker 2..
"Bloodsuckers are incredibly rare and found only in the deepest parts of the zone"
Plays Stalker 2 for 5mins.... 😂
I have ptsd from that one mission in Stalker 2 where you had to “remove the obstruction” it turned out to be chimera….. enough said
How to survive in Stalker 2: a shotgun with a drum magazine, a sniper rifle with a silencer and most importantly, a bazooka
Unconfirmed - but throwing nades at Burers might be a bad idea, since they apparently can throw them back.
Fighting controllers has got to be the most stressful and anxiety ridden situations I have been through ever
Just started playing stalker 2, so these videos are gonna be handy to know what I'm due to face, already faced snorks last night in a military complex, hfs they just KEEP COMING
Idk about the old games but in the new game you can shoot that damn poltergeist orb that is throwing stuff at you, they hide in different areas while launching chairs and things at you but after a bunch of shotgun rounds that floating mutant dies and shows himself.
GODDAMN you improved
*Russian accent ON* I once heard from one of my comrades about the Kot Bayun (the mutated cat, or a direct translation the cat that will put you to sleep) can cause stalkers to faint, temporary darkening their vision if it gets too close, or fully putting them to sleep. *Russian accent OFF*
BTW your illustrations are so grotesque and impressive.
great vid, and your artwork has come a long way since i started following.
Love your style man!
Ahh finally, I've been waiting for this since... FOREVER
I just bought it on Steam, never played a Stalker game, so this was very helpful.
Whoever did the illustrations for your video did a amazing job. I do tattoos here and there and would give my kidney and right nut to paint or draw like that. WOW!
Thanks ☺️
