I'd make sure your iPad is up to date and give it a restart, that might help but not sure exactly, haven't experienced that before. Let me know if it does, if not, I'll look into it and why it may be happening to you.
See i was told you can do it on the xbox game pass app on the ipad. when im on the app on my ipad it tells me it can't find my device and to get help with remote installation. i enabled it on my pc xbox app but it still cant find my device >..< I SO lost!
Hmm that’s odd, do you have sound on the iPad when you’re doing other things like watching a video or listening to music? I’ve never had that issue with cloud gaming specifically
@@ardentlytech yeah the sound works with other apps like RUclips but not the cloud gaming app. I submitted a ticket on Microsoft but I can’t find anyone with the same issue
I have the Same Issue. With no Bluetooth headset upmand Running i dont have Sound, with headset i have Sound, but the Controller just works in die Xbox Cloud Gaming Portal, but Not in the Game itself 😅 Did you fixed the bug?
Hey bro im having trouble with cloud gaming so basically I had cloud gaming before and when I went to the app it took me to this white screen with the Microsoft and Xbox logo in the top left and i dont know how to get out of and im stuck there do you know how to fix it?

Sorry to hear! If you delete the “app” on your Home Screen and go to safari/chrome and type in the website again from scratch, does that work better? I wonder if something happened with the url when you’re trying to log in from the “app” since it’s basically just a bookmark, so if the url isn’t saved correctly or if something happened to it then it could cause that issue. That’s happened to me before with this
Yeah this is why I prefer this to remote play, this lets you play completely without an Xbox or PC, you’re streaming the game directly over the internet or data
The strangest thing is that it doesn’t seems like the game library is complete when going through the web browser. Any idea why this is? I’m thinking specifically on FM Console being the only available version of said game in the browser. While the PC version, which is a much more advanced version of the game, is only available in the app.

No you can do this on a phone or tablet! The experience might not be the best if that’s how you’re primarily playing but yes you definitely can.
