Thank you so much for that video!! ❤. I'm forever hemming my clothes so I've got plenty of those types of scrap materials - though not as beautiful and holiday like as your mum's. I should definitely get to hemming more pretty dresses to get hair tie material 😂. One tip that's useful when turning tube like material inside out is using a chopstick to push the material, might help save some seconds...even though your "tube" is wide enough, doesnt look like it'll give much trouble. Also the angle to show how you finish off the tie was perfect! Really showed what was going on. Can't wait to try both techniques.
@@swt5736Thank you so much for the tip. I'll definitely use a chop stick next time. I'm excited to hear how you enjoy making your hair ties. Yes my mom has a pretty style with these materials ♥️ Happy you enjoyed the video and understood the instructions. I was trying very hard to be clear enough 😅 Hope you are enjoying the weekend!
your mom speaks creole? that's so cool! I thought you said you were vietnamese? maybe I'm just confused because you used a Vietnamese sauce or something 🤔
My parents are born in Mauritius 🇲🇺 my husband is Vietnamese so many that's why I also have some Viet recipes but I am Chinese, Mauritian, Canadian and not Vietnamese
@@eco.amical that's cool! I don't know much about Mauritius, but I hear their Creole is very interesting linguistically. Do you speak it? And have you been there?
