And might I recommend Monument off of Inside Out! A favorite from Rays first album is Anarchy Divine from the No Exit album.

Yes, you did Guardian off the album Awaken the Guardian (1986) (my request). That featured John Arch on vocals where this album features Ray Adler as the singer. Ray Adler joined the band in 1987, first album featuring him is No Exit (1988).
I'm familiar with older Fates Warning (1985-1989). Thanks for doing more Fates Warning Nic. Id recommend the albums Spectre Within, Awaken the Guardian, No Exit, Perfect Symmetry only because I know most of them, but feel free to explore any Fates Warning album.

You'd love "The Eleventh Hour" from the same album and "At Fate's Hand" from the one before (Perfect Symmetry).

I kind of struggle with the many "time changes" the drums make in these ones. It's like they skip or change a part of the rythm sometimes. I don't know, it feels weird to me. I want to headbang but I can't find when

Fates Warning wimped out a bit in the 90s. Gotta listen to Awaken the Guardian with John Arch on vocals, No Exit with Ray Alder, and the 2000's stuff where they get back to truly kicking ass. This shit is boring and it got worse progressively (hahaha see what I did there) throughout the 90's.
