Pecan Cinnabon Dough 1/2 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1/2 cup butter A.P. Flour 500 grams 1 tsp salt 100 grams sugar Instant yeast 10 grams - 2 & 1/2 tsp (add to dry ingredients) Separate wet ingredients and dry ingredients (in mixer). Pour in wet ingredients. Make sure to use spatula on the bottom of bowl to evenly distribute ingredients. After the dough turns into a ball in mixer, knead by hand for 5 minutes. Grease bowl and place the formed dough into the bowl and cover. Proof for 1.5 hours or until dough is 2x bigger in size. Filling Brown sugar 6 tbs Cinnamon 3 tbs Water 1 tsp Mix well Sauce 1 can condensed milk Brown sugar 100 g Medium low heat on stove Toward end of sauce add the ingredients below. 2 tablespoons cream 1 tsp vanilla extract Butter 30 grams Roll dough 7 inches by 10 inches Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons of butter over dough and add filling. Roll dough and cut with floss. Into 6 pieces. Butter pan and proof dough for 30 to 40 minutes Bake at 350 f for 25 minutes.

Gotta try these...they are the only ones that have an actual caramel sauce that isn't cooked. Those sticky buns end up with a hard candied sauce, and I believe there used to be a cinnamon roll store in the mall that would add the 'sticky' sauce on baked rolls. Yeah, I know there aren't 'sticky' buns, but I think I'll like them better. Thanks for sharing!

I managed Cinnabon and we never used whip cream in making the dough and we (back then) made the dough by scratch
