"Tornado Of Souls" is necessary Megadeth listening. It features, in my not-so-humble but correct opinion, one of the greatest guitar solos of all time

This entire album is a masterpiece. Not a weak spot anywhere, Marty Friedman on point, Dave's best vocal work, Ellefson in the pocket with that great pick tone, and Nick Menza killing.
Daves best vocal work is Youthanasia. Everyone knows this. But other than that your statement is accurate lol 👊
I rocked this album in my jeep for like a year straight at one point back in the day. Still not tired of it. Gotta say I really like the original a lot better than the remaster.

First Six Albums every song is great some better than others but all great. The two constants in Megadeth are Dave Mustain and Dave Ellefson, both Born Again Christian's who created the Best Thrash metal band in history. GOD bless all you HeadBangers.

Megadeth is technical with their instruments, and they're all masters at it. dave Mustaine is a genius song writer. this was considered the all-star lineup for Megadeth. their lyrics are also very realistic and talk about popular controversial topics that make you think. (most of the time)

You guys are so right when it comes to Megadeth. When I buy a Megadeth CD I know what I’m going to get. And I’m gonna get it. Same as flotsam and jetsam and overkill. When I buy those CDs from them metal groups it’s just fire from the get go. I know exactly what I’m going to get and I’m never let down by those groups

The entire Rust in Peace album is a must. It's likely their signature album. One I think you would enjoy that is not on that album though is Angry Again. Has a nice rhythm, angry guitars, and was featured in a movie called The Last Action Hero with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Please do Five Magics by Megadeth. It is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 It has to be the original version tho. Their remasters aren't very good.

This lineup if Megadeth was one of the best bands in the world. I was never a big Netallica fan, but I love Megadeth.
I am an old man, I'm pushing 50 LOL.. but Pantera and Megadeth? Best metal bands to ever have existed. Great reaction guys
What I like the most about Megadeth is the story of how they became Megadeth. Dave Mustaine the creator and lead singer and rhythm/lead guitar main writer was an original member of Metallica back in 1981. He actually wrote most of the songs on Metallica’s 1st album and a lot of the guitar riffs on their 2nd album. Dave was a wild man. Heavy drinker, drug abuser and had a short temper. Long story short while Metallica went to New York to the studio to record their 1st album they fired Dave Mustaine because of his habits and he got into a fight with James Hetfield of Metallica. They gave him a bus ticket to go back to Los Angeles. Dave had everything and lost everything in an instant. So he took the greyhound back to LA broken and enraged at the same time and he used that to fuel him to start his own band Megadeth and 38 years later he is still rocking, writing Megadeth’s next album and touring once everything reopens. He also Recovered from throat cancer, recovered from a broken vertebrae on his neck and ruptured tendons on his hand and forearm and still is as good as ever. They even won a Grammy for best metal performance from their last album Dystopia. To me he is the Rocky Balboa of metal. That’s why I love Dave and Megadeth 🤘🏼🤘🏼

It is rumor that the back and forth between guitar tones near the end of the song is meant to mimic a conversation between earth and aliens that was done from Hangar 18. It is just their take.

The Best forever
“Rust In Peace” is a great album but my favorite by this band is still the “So far, So good, ..... So what?” album. It’s mostly due to the fact that this album was the newest by them when I was first introduced to this band.
