It's been a long time coming but I have finally bought a new daily driver. My BMW X3 M40i has now been sold and this car replaces it.
It took me much longer to decide on a new daily than I thought but I am really happy with my final choice.

Such a vibe. I think automotive enthusiasts love a green over tan spec but most of the motoring public couldn't care less which means in the grand scheme of things it's a very special car. Congratulations; it's a nice reward for all the great content you put out!

Well damn. Wasn’t expecting that! What a choice (and that’s coming from a previous X3 owner) 👏 Probably the best specced Audi out there! I’ve always been disappointed by the lack of choice you get with Audi interiors but this is a step in the right direction so nice to see a difference 👌

Looks awesome Sam, congrats! As far as the black optics pack goes, I too am more a fan of the aluminum optics look (though the black does look great) The trademark silver mirror caps would look great on there! As for the calipers, if you change the color I'd suggest yellow, that always looks so good with a green car

I love the fact that you will give was a sense of history with this cars.
Whit other car youtubers the life spam of the new cars videos pretty much end there. So its really hard to develop connection and excitement
The difference with this channel is that Sam actually owns this car. He hasn't shown up to a dealer with a camera and titled his car 'Is this my new daily' or 'Purchasing a new Audi?'. He actually is driving this for real. Love this channel, love the honesty of it, big up Sam.

That spec is perfect. My favorite green over tan, thank you for that. Congratulations on the new daily. I can't decide about the trim color. It looks fabulous as is and I always hate taking apart a new car for any reason, never seems to go back the same way. I'd leave it for a year see if it really resonates with you. Or go on to a configurator and play with the A6 wagon and see if the bright pack makes a difference. If anything I do like brake calipers that disappear and I think the Audi badges on the front and rear should stand out more maybe a matte nickel finish? Have fun.
I also ended up with an RS car haha. I wanted a Macan SUV but I found a good deal on an 2020 RS3 on Auto Trader so I said: why not! Congrats dude enjoy the RS6!
Beautiful car, and great spec. I like the red on the calipers myself, but I do prefer silver stuff rather than black pack kit for badges etc.
Although it's a lot of cash to spend on a daily, it's the total cost of ownership that matters in the end, so it'll be interesting to see how that turns out when it eventually leaves. I'm guessing residuals on them will be strong for a good while yet.
We'll find out in about 6 months time. I can see this going the same way as the 540C.
Sam...I was really worried thinking that you were going to choose a small SUV with a turbo or some such meh-mobile...this is the daily driver I was hoping for, but didn't expect...it's so sexy, yet practical..AND THE SPEC!...happy you chose this great daily...happy for you, for us, for humanity.
Congratulations on the car! Saw it on your Instagram and thought “wow, that’s close to perfect”. Close, because I’d definitely change the calipers to silver and get rid of the black trim (and tints while you’re at it). Good to hear you’re considering some mods!

Ah yes great choice! I recall Goodwood Green as first appearing on the original RS4. Looks great with that lighter coloured seating. The Hancook tyres, I believe, are part of Audi's original fitment appearing on many Audi models. Enjoyed seeing this car when it appeared on Archie Hamilton's showroom visit video to Baytree. I'm so happy for you Sam. When I first saw this new RS6 I was in love. The green wouldn't be my first choice, but after seeing it with the tan it is great. And it looks like a slight homage to the old VW Montana Green on the MK2 jetta and gti, one of my favorite colors on a car.
So congrats and I very much look forward to seeing what you and this beauty have in store for us.
Awesome new car. The exterior colour and interior are perfect. Not a fan of touch screen for HVAC that is something that should always remain physical buttons and knobs. Hopefully the steering wheel is also physical controls. Not really fused over the brake calipers or the black out package, it would be nice to see what you do with that. Looking forward to more videos with this car. Keep up the good work.

Congrats, Sam. Great Spec. VW group has some very addictive products. Audi RS products are awesome! Please do a video showing the different drive modes in the RS6. Maybe you should consider yellow for the brake calipers. Yellow and green stand out, you have a yellow plate on the car and its in the color wheel of that interior.

What a spec... I wouldn't touch the blacked out grille etc, apart from maybe getting chrome audi badges. Think that would set the car off nicely with the wheels. Black calipers or a different colour on the brakes maybe better, have you considered a shade of yellow? Might sound mad but would kind of go with the interior and look good with the green. Anyway, huge congrats and looking forwards to the videos this year!

Love the car Sam I don’t think anyone is disappointed. One adventure that is car was made for would be Scandinavia in winter with silver steel wheels, winter tires and a Thule roof box 👍 maybe make a snowboarding trip there’s some pretty amazing parks up there. Enjoy the car I’m officially jealous my daily is a white a3 🤣 but we’re both part of Audi crew!

But i would change the calipers to a deep bronze colour... that would be amazing against the green and tan !

And yes, pls do make those parts matte aluminium, including the wing mirrors, they are afterall the rs signature. Im so glad that my favourite car youtuber got my favourite car, so definitely im gonna see lots more contents on this. But pls sam, dont put some stupid aftermarket wheels on it!
