Trey is truly inspirational and moving in his actions to get to the truth and nothing but. Unfortunately, and I, until this day cannot understand how after all of Gowdy's momentously hard work those implicated in this swamp filled with the most dishonorable and treasonous people, the worst anyone got was being fired and thankfully President Trumps name was cleared. I ask, how can this happen and how is anyone tolerating this and even able to move on and focus on anything else. How can the public be so busy and numb to this? I am sad, disheartened, in disbelief, beyond upset because I believe that Lady Justice is blind but it turns out shes not. It turns out there are those far above and beyond the law. Also even more troubling is if Mr. Gowdy hadn't done the beautiful work he did and was not in the midst of things so to say as this was happening I feel as though, there would be no one else to bring forward and raise concern to the things that took and were taking place. If that had been the case, everything would unfold with anyone knowing whats really taking place. In a World that is based on transparency and the truth at its core, the members that make up our government, no matter what side they are on, would unanimously lash out and treat matters as this in a way suitable to the foundational principles outlined in our Justice System. This is not the case. But I guess in the World of Today, this is how it is and we have been groomed to accept it.

He makes no attempt to defend Strzok. Rather he assures Gowdy that the FBI will be accountable under Wray going forward. Point made and point taken.

Okay, here's a dumbed down version of the context of the question.
The Agent wasn't just fired. The reason he was fired was hidden by the Mueller team in hopes that it wouldn't reveal the fact that the agent in question was part of a weaponized FBI being used against Clinton and Obama's political enemies. An agent who discussed undermining our election as "insurance" against an election result. Who changed the wording of Clinton's exoneration to avoid the legal standard that her crimes had met. Then, used a discredited dossier provided by a foreign source to target a political campaign.
The question was, how should he explain this to his constituency whist still maintaining their confidence in agents in positions like the one in question.

For example in one video from C-SPAN he is advocating for the re-scheduling of cannabis as a narcotic from Schedule 1 to a lower scheduling because he KNOWS the criteria for schedule 1 drugs doesn't fit cannabis. He did not advocate for legalization and that is simply a political tactic because he has allies on both sides of the aisle left and right who take a cautious approach to legalization and rolling back cannabis restrictions. I know he would want it legalized, but tactically in a political setting he cant advocate for it so he doesn't lose allies on the right wing side of aisle.
