I can’t tell you how happy I am for you! My mother-in-law in her 80’s broke one of hers working in her yard, I was really shocked at how much she felt defined by them, instead of being concerned about her health. However, she was one of many that were told they would last a lifetime…. Has anyone said anything about you looking different? Your face has changed to me, you look so “calm & relaxed”, you even talk slower and you just seem so very happy, it’s awesome! I'm so very proud of you. It's not a decision made lightly and I commend you for not only going through the surgery, but being so honest through your journey. You have given many women a blessing as this is a real issue. My mother had them implanted during the '70's. One did rupture, but unfortunately my father (her husband) did not want to have them removed for HIS vanity. She ended up passing at the young age of 57 with a rare kidney cancer that I swear was directly tracked to these implants. Bravo girl!!!! Oh boy! That poisioning is nasty. Mine leaked 10 yrs ago,,brain fog, slight depression, mine leaked 1/4 cup that was gone. I had that surgery too. Be careful and watch for cancer,,mine cancer started in the cervix and now in my lympnodes. Please get checked regualrly and get an odd ct or pet scan. I felt so good getting them out. Why do they say they are safe? I would rather be flat and have my health. It is very very good of you to come forward,,you are helping others❤ Best of luck praying for a good recovery for you,, I am actually writing from my chemo chair,,6 of immunotherapy and 2 chemos❤ Enjoy stomache sleeping again

When you first spoke about being unwell i commented recommended that you consider that your health conditions were linked ot your implants, you may or may not have seen that initial comment. Regardless Im so glad you explanted and are feeling yourself again, I explanted nearly two years ago now and finally feel like my old self xx
