$300 Orientation Pay hasn't changed in over 10 years!? The Economy def has.. The Plane Ticket will surely cost more last minute, unsure if they reimburse. The load rates aren't as cheap though right, they only old school the startups.

I went through orientation at Dallas OC back in January 2015. I been with some companies that rush through orientation and expect you to roll the minute Orientation finishes. The guy that handles the Experienced Driver Orientation is Frank Lowery. He is to the point but he doesn't rush through. My orientation lasted for 4 days. Assigned a DBL by Thursday afternoon. Given the room till Friday. To roll out Friday morning towards home.
