I went to a Chinese restaurant years ago and saw a big Italian guy and a little Chinese guy arm wrestling. They are good friends and both own restaurants that were next to each other. When they started to arm wrestle I was sure the Italian guy would win, but to my surprise the Chinese guy won easily, not once but three times. Then afterwards I saw they way he was cooking, he was working out his forearm when he was cooking stir fry. Don't under estimate the strength these guys have in their arms, quite a workout tossing those woks.
dude i literally just got a carbon steel wok and first thing that caught me off guard was just how heavy it is! instantly gained huge respect for chinese wok masters and that's exactly what brought me here

This guy is legendary. He must have some memory, because the transfers are seamless. Empty first wok in to second, oil in to first, stir second wok, add noodles from third wok to second, oil in to third, add ingredients to first wok, stir first wok, stir second wok, noodles in to third, plate up, repeat. And he's doing that with 4 sets at once. =O

To those who say he is just "switching pans", or throwing noodles into other wok for show, is wrong. As you can see the woks have different amount of flame/heat. So while the slow cooking noodles are ready to go on high heat he switches. This guy is amazing.
I love wok, they are one of the best cooking utensils around. Fast, efficient, stops things from spilling out, high durability even in extreme high heat.
lol. only the chinese can make wok cooking an art. i came from a video featuring a japanese chef using the wok. he looked clumsy. his sushi cutting skills were AMAZING though.
looks crazy. but it's all in the perfect placing and replacing the bowls and bottles he works with. and than it's all about the rythm and knowing your recepies. there is no sweat, because he has done it a milion times. it just comes naturally. but if even 1 item is changed....
