Super helpful every step of the way🎉
Great video definitely saving me some money on my oil catch can setup. Thanks guys 👍
ThAnk you for watching
I've heard rumors of turbo oil leak from blocking off the intake manifold driver side pcv port. Maybe something to do with over loading the diverter valve lines since some pressure would normally be venting out off the valve cover driver side pcv port. Also the crankcase would be venting out of only 1 valve cover pcv port versus 2 ports, what it was originally designed. Replacing the cyclonic oil separator with one that is lacking a cyclonic system is not a good idea. I understand that the whole idea is to prolong carbon build up on the intake valves. I've researched all Audi A4 FWD 2.0 catch can systems. I think all of the catch can designs (BFI, Billet, ECStuning, CTS, etc) for this particular vehicle all have flaws. The reason being it completely ignores either the driver side or the passenger side pcv vent system by simply blocking off a side. In addition of the block off, some system completely replaces/remove the cyclonic oil separator. If I was to do a catch can system for this vehicle, I would go with the ECStuning system that keeps the cyclonic oil separator. It covers the passenger side pcv port -TO- ECS catch can -TO- turbo inlet. Then I will install a custom catch can system mount on the driver side firewall that covers the driver side pcv port -TO- baffled catch can -TO- intake manifold. That would be an ideal system for me to prevent a problem down the road. Catch cans you'll have to keep empty them, even more often if your driving region have bumpy roads and hills. Either that or don't install one and remove your instake manifold ever 90k miles or so, manually turn the crank to close each cylinder's valves and clean them one by one. I would also inspect the intake valves using a borescope every now and then. Stupid direct injection system with constant computer regulating unnessary shit for daily driving for the sake of optimal fuel economy by a few miles and slightly lower emission in theory not taking into factor the driver's behavior. Like the eco start/stop system. You have to ask yourself with the high amount of high pressure fuel injectors being replaced due to direct injection system and the high amount of starters being replaced due to constant use from eco start/stop system. How much energy or resources does it take to manufacture those items and transport them to sell to consumers. Is is worth having a direct injection system and eco start/stop for daily use? Port system works just fine and gets pretty good gas mileage if its an inline 4 with more gears keeping the rpm low at cruising speeds.
wrong
Nice pemex hat bro ... Who said you need expensive parts to perform good as long as it does its job thats all that matters. Keep it up
JDMJUNKIIE 14 hell yeah bro thanks. Will do
Hi Man!
So after a time, how was a results?
had installed similar kit to my gti edition 35 just few days ago, now making sure that done proper)
Umm that line you talk about that is sucking is the passage for the turbo outlet. when boosted it boosts through that passage
Thanks for the info !! And thank you for watching
Hey bro, any chance you could do anything on diverter valve/atmo vent? Be much appreciated! Legend 👍
Hey, how is this solution doing because I am thinking of installing it at home
Nice work :) ! How often do you have to empty the oil catch tank and how does this work in winter?
this can was a bit small so a bit more often than usual and in the winter those lines didn’t really freeze up so didn’t have any issues
i dont mean to be so off topic but does anybody know a way to get back into an instagram account??
I was stupid lost my account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Beau Jerry Instablaster :)
@Byron Conrad Thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm in the hacking process now.
I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
@Byron Conrad it worked and I now got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thank you so much, you really help me out!

I bought a set pcv delete with catch can in UK 150 sterling after I started the car it shakes and very rough idle it sound like engine is going to die. Same car audi a4 b7 2.0 tfsi any solution for this. 3 tubes in pcv plate first one will connectvto pcv hose, and the 2 tube goes to catch can. I also cover the tube that block the manifold it comes in the kit
are your hoses routed correctly to the catch can? there is a in and a out that should be in a certain order
Its sorted that cap that blocked the manifold is loose not connected properly need to pushed hard.
How easy is it to dump/clean out the catch can with this setup?
very easy no need to take apart anything just unscrew it on top of the engine
have you checked your intercooler piping for any oil buildup?
we actually sold the car! but the last time i checked there was some oil but i belive it was due to our breath tube diaphragm going out!
Hi after fitting those thing do you need a software or a computer to delete the pcv message or just plug and play no engine light on in dash.
nope everything should be normal the car will adjust automatically and their should be no lights on the dash
Can you give us update if his kits affect oil consumtion. I recently install pvc delete with catch can car doing great. I replace new vac pump and rocker cover gasket engine clean but notice i consume more oil about 1L/600 mls. My car 2006 audi a4 b7 2.0 200hp 85kmls well maintain and some mechanic said it is normal for this car, the engineer of audi built a defective engine poor quality of pistons snd i have no plan to replace not wort it forvthis shite audi.
@@3kkk514 mine is also infected by the oil consumption issue depends on the setup I had a issue with the breather tube diaphragm gone bad and seemed to work
Where did you get those fittings for the hose on the plate?
i got the fittings from a ebay seller
www.ebay.com/itm/133275876476
Where did you get the Pcv adapter ?
ebay!
@@elusivegarage921 what the sizes I need to search to.find them
any issues with it yet?
None just notice catch can is small so have to drain every 2 weeks
yea and plus it’s a tiny can!
@Hitman we test the limits forsure lol
