The thing I like about your channel over lastbesttool is that you have real world experience behind all the tools you show unless they are brand new. He seems to be more of a collector which is cool it’s fine but it’s all concepts but this channel gives real life feedback. I do enjoy LBT because he shows me things I haven’t seen and gives me Ideas. His collection of tools is unreal the amount of sets of the same items in different brands it’s pretty cool.
Yea he has an unreal collection of snap on and stuff like that. I’m glad you enjoy my style of video. I try not to stray too far away from the real world perspective. I’m never going to observe and explain stuff as good as LBT, but I do have my own strengths as a tool guy. I’m glad you enjoy the content. Thanks for your support!
This video has really helped me out. I was considering one of the mini ratchets for my lightweight, micro EDC stuff. After seeing your video it would be the perfect thing for my needs. The socket/bit extender would come in handy for me too. Good demo video. Thank you.
Dude, that Lollipop driver is the nuts (poker term). Just 42g and 3.8". Acts like a silent in-line ratchet but has that extra leverage L handle up its sleeve to get things started or torque things down. The perfect EDC pocket screwdriver.
Congrats on the arrival of the little one in April. My oldest (11 now) was born April 21st and let me tell ya, my tools have been put to use over and over on those dang ol' bikes. Even a hammer here and there...
The 21st is my sons due date too! I have a feeling he’s gonna be earlier than that though. Yea if he’s anything like me he’s going to break a lot of stuff 😂
@13:08 1/4" drive adapter, for a precision micro bit. I was looking, for one of those. Klein has an entire set of those, but their drivers are too lengthy. I was just looking for that micro insert adapter. - Too bad, that carousel doesn't light up or glow in the dark. 3 way spinner, needs an attachment for a tether or a place to go on your drill. - After watching your review, i realize this kit was made better. Than I previously, assumed. - I have a leatherman wave, plus. I don't, ever use it. I feel your pain, on that one.
They aren’t the most heavy duty tools in the world but they are pretty nice. Definitely cool products. I’ll be interested to see what they come out with in the future.
Just an FYI the bit ratchet is made by a company called HI-FIVE who makes the bit ratchets for MAC, FACOM, USAG TOPTUL, ICON, WERA, VIM,RUJOI, TOPEAK...ect. All the ones that say " reverse gear " on the thumb wheel are made by HI-FIVE. You should check out the GM power torque bit ratchet, basically the 711l is a chopped down version of that. It has a magnetic hex drive in the end of the handle, so for me that means you can have one bit in the head and another stored in the handle. That's if you don't keep it in the little case with bits it comes in.
Hey, always take the free tools/stuff to review on your channel, as long as they'll allow you to provide an honest and unbiased review. If they won't, then their free stuff is likely inferior. Honest, unbiased reviews and information on tools and such is why I'm here. Shouldn't matter how such tools are acquired, as long as there's no fine print or a script to follow, there's enough of those on YT. 🤣 Love your channel RWTR. Would really love to see some Real World Tools in use at your job or your mom's remodel too.
Maybe some day. I’m really bad at filming stuff while I’m working. I’ve tried a couple times and I just get frustrated trying to film and not focusing on what I’m doing. Maybe I can start with some shorts while I’m working rather than full videos. Thanks for watching Erik! Always good to hear from you 👊
A small piece of me died when you said you despise leathermans 😂 not saying they’re any better than full size tools or anything, but my Supertool 300 has come in handy so many times. Great video man!
😂 Hey just because I hate them doesn’t mean they aren’t great for someone else. For me, I keep a knife in my pocket and I always have my tool pouch with me, so I prefer that. The pliers on leathermans make me so mad lol. I know a lot of guys love them though. If it works for you then it’s a good tool for you. Thanks for watching bud!
Hey I can’t stand em either, I’d rather walk back to the truck and grab a tool than carry something around as big as a leatherman! Idk, just never liked them either. To each their own I suppose
That little adapter seems like it would be handy if you need sockets and driver bits on your screw gun a lot. I’ve never seen one like that. Pretty cool.
PRICE is the main issue with those tools. The Lollipop driver is $54 and that tiny ratchet with the torque adapter is $75. I'm all for spending cash on nice tools, but this is a bit over the top when there are so many other options. A Wera tool check has a lot more versatility.
Did I hear there's gonna be another little tool reviewer on the way 🤣😂😅 Well congrats my friend ... At least we'll know what to send at the baby shower ... Thx as always ...
I just hate using the tools on a leather man. Especially the pliers. They are so bulky and don’t do anything well in my opinion. But hey I know lots of people love them. They just ain’t for me.
Yea I definitely understand why it rubs you the wrong way. A lot of it is overpriced garbage with good marketing. This little spinner screwdriver is neat though. I wouldn’t call it an edc as much as a unique little bit holder screwdriver. I think I’m going to enjoy using it.
Quite frankly, I rather carry a klein 11 & 1 and a adjustable wrench on me than that gimmick bike stuff. Let's not BS ourselves. You know you're going to go straight to your full size USA made tools to fix a bike before you'll ever pick up that little brass screwdriver. Which looks like would be a pain in the ass to use. Definitely not comfortable like other screw drivers you have. Congrats on the baby.
😂 lol you have a good point there. I think there is a place for that little spinny screwdriver. It does have a good magnet and nice knurling on it, but you are 100% correct. I will use my go to stuff over that every time. Thanks bud!
That Joystick 🕹️ screwdriver 🪛 is really cool! 😎 👍

Thanks for watching bud!

@@realworldtoolreviews It'll be a blast man. If ya break it, ya gotta fix it or learn how.
My mind is doing a new style logical yoga trying to come up with a bulletproof reason why I need one of them. Beautiful tools.
They are cool. You definitely don’t need them, but that lollipop tool has been fun to use. I use it in the shop all the time now.
That bit adapter looks like you could use the bits for electronics repair in it.
Yea that’s what these tools seem like they would be useful for to me too.

That’s cool. I had no idea. It’s a cool little bit ratchet. I like having different kinds for sure.
@@realworldtoolreviews same exact mechanism as the WERA you have too.
It’s not a weird thing, is an adapter, which convert 1/4” to 4mm bits.

I bought the 1/4inch socket adapter soon as I seen lbt review
That little adapter seems like it would be handy if you need sockets and driver bits on your screw gun a lot. I’ve never seen one like that. Pretty cool.
Yea I've already used it working on the car and it actually held up good

Another great video! I need to make a better mount for my phone camera before I try making a second video in this format.
You can get them for pretty cheap. I made a little stand out of 2x4 when I first started making these lol
You had me at, I hate Leatherman 😂
Hey I bought this off your video I would like to see if I could get more of the little bits with the collars do you have a way to contact the people
The brass one and the mini ratchet are my favorite ones. I like "edc" suitable tools that can be used to make really compact and versatile kits.
Those are my favorite ones too. The little ratchet is pretty cool to throw in a bag to put in a bit driver in a pinch when you need a ratchet.
Congrats on ur son too
Thanks bud!
Did I hear there's gonna be another little tool reviewer on the way 🤣😂😅 Well congrats
my friend ... At least we'll know what to send at the baby shower ... Thx as always ...

Why hating leatherman? 🤔
I just hate using the tools on a leather man. Especially the pliers. They are so bulky and don’t do anything well in my opinion. But hey I know lots of people love them. They just ain’t for me.
I absolutely despise the "EDC" fad. Everything just seems like a gimmick solution looking for problems that don't exist.
