I have a 2009 V8 diesel. Driven 225,000km and rolls like new. Incredible car!

I bought a black 2021 Land Cruiser with 7 miles and I love it.

I know a lot of people say it looks plain and boring but I love the look of the 200.

I agree the values are insane and I love it. I bought mine before the announcement that they were no longer bringing it to the USA. It’s a year and a half old and I can sell it for more than I bought it new. The 200 series will go down as the greatest Land Cruiser of all time. Honestly I’m never selling but if I did it would be nice to know I could buy a one bedroom condo in Boca after I sold it

I agree 100%, I’ll be interested to see how the 3.5 V6 TT holds up long term. The 5.7 has been solid, only digs against it is fuel economy.
We’re planning on keeping ours long term. Nice thing is here in 10 years if we want to sell it, we can still get a pretty penny.
We love our LC, it’s definitely one of those vehicles you have to own to appreciate

Same, got ours early 2020. Its crazy because the dealership we went through just sold their last one a few weeks ago and it was listed for 98K.

@@LandCruisin yeah the prices dealers are for new 200’s charging crazy, have to love the good ole “market adjustment”

I saw a 2016 land crusher just like your with 142k mileage, dealership asking for $57,000 out the door what you think?

That’s probably about right with the current market, but I think prices are coming down a little. Our local dealer has 4 LC’s:
      2016/69k miles - $69,980
      2021 Heritage/32.5k miles - $99,999
      2014/163k miles - $44,880
      2021 Base/36k miles - $99,890
I think the 2021’s are priced weird, the Heritage Edition is right but I think the base is too high. If the 16 with 142k doesn’t have a lot of rust it’s probably a decent deal. As everything 2016+ is $69k+ in my area

Would you consider a older high mileage 200?

I’d have zero reservations on a well maintained higher mileage Land Cruiser. Given it doesn’t have the common issues going in (can tower leak, valley leak, frozen KDSS), majority of components last a long time with low rate of failure.
I think maintenance records would be a critical component if I was looking at a higher mileage Cruiser
