The new nightmare is missing one of his crucial abilities. Once his cape is closed, he is immune to everything. They could have done a little better. Also Kirby mass attack is like one of my most favorite games.
Need to remind you that the battles have time limit and if it ends you need use crystal apples and the only ways to get them are two:wait 12 houres (or somethig like that) or buy them with ACTUAL money Add the fact bosses have big health-bar and this Idea of the cape would be just unfair
That would have make the game very difficult. Especially when there is a timer involved. Although, I have to admit, that would have been pretty funny on Parallel Nightmare revenge. He'd grow more cautious about his weaknesses and make the fight even harder.
I'm always sceptical whenever a character that has gone for so long without a voice is suddenly given one, but I must say, I love the goofy Ocarina of Time Ganondorf voice they gave Nightmare in Super Kirby Clash.

I love how in Clash the texture inside of his cape is basically like in Chowder, an static image that doesn't move while the character is moving around.
For personal matters Nightmare is an intimidating, dangerous, threatening, and powerful villain of the Kirby franchise. I hope Nightmare comes back in new future Kirby games. Nightmare stands out as a villain who's actually taken seriously than King Dedede and he needs more love and appreciation.

It's intresting that they gave him many of his attacks from the Mass attack mini game in Super kirby Clash. Heck, he even has the attack from the cutscene before the 2nd phase in his adventure fight.

When I played my first Kirby game, nightmare in dreamland, I always thought nightmare was gonna be the main villain of Kirby, since he’s embodiment of nightmares.
I’m a huge fan of this character but every time I use the assist trophy from the smash games his attack is annoying he blinks the screen and it’s hard to tell where you are and who you’re fighting

Kirby Nightmare in dreamland is one of my most nostalgic games, we never had a Gameboy Advanced, but I played it on my sister's DS, however I couldn't save if it turned off. So what I had to do was play the entire game in one day, I stayed up all night on a week day sucking dum dums and having an absolute blast. Kirby will alway be my favorite Nintendo franchise😊

unpopular opinion: he should have more appearances throughout the franchise and even in the future games, it would actually make more sense if nightmare have more appearances later on because after all... he is a demonic wizard that fuels on fear and bad dreams and his goal is to conquer a utopian planet that relays on good dreams
Well I remember when the N.M.E. Salesman from the Kirby Anime was in Mass Attack, but in one of the game over screens for the sub games.

Kirby Nightmare in dreamland is one of my most nostalgic games, we never had a Gameboy Advanced, but I played it on my sister's DS, however I couldn't save if it turned off. So what I had to do was play the entire game in one day, I stayed up all night on a week day sucking dum dums and having an absolute blast. Kirby will alway be my favorite Nintendo franchise😊

The hardest part of the game for me was that cannon switch with the fast waddle dee and doo. The final boss was a massive breeze.
