Driving my w211 E63 AMG during the snow blizzard with all season Michelin AS 4 tires was a lot of fun. Got stock a few times but the AMG power pulled me out.

Great video - thanks for sharing! I had to drive in conditions like this in my E320 sport. I was at work (there was no snow during the day). In late afternoon it started snowing very heavily. I decided to leave - I had a hand brush in the car which I used to clear snow from the screens, but I could hardly clear them quickly enoughI to maintain visibility. Eventually I decided to leave, to join the dual carriageway on my 26 mile trip to home. Traffic was very heavy, lots of cars stuck. Rear end spent a lot of time sliding left and right, traction control turned off. Braking in traffic was hair raising, but I didn’t hit anything. Well, I got home eventually - it took 10 hours. Watched a couple of movies on my phone in the queues!

That’s insane and funny:-) I assume it wasn’t the 4matic model then. Because I never got scared of the snow in my e350 and e550 4matic cars.

You are a brave man in an overpowered rear drive car. 😄 I find the main issue is ground clearance. Easy to get hung up with no traction plus not enough weight on the rear axle.

It doesn't have LSD. But the brakes do a great job simulating LSD. When I put the car in the Dyno Mode it is not as good as with just the traction off.
