  • We released a new resource for our fans of DENIX replicas. They often ask us to develop replicas of more dynamic and realistic weapons.
    We work hard to achieve this and we always preserve the safety of replicas that are 100% harmless. Our replicas have mechanisms that make the experience more dynamic and real, but this entails that our fans try to personalize and customize them by making them their own. Enjoying their replicas and the experience with their stories.
    You already know that in DENIX we strongly discourage the manipulation of our models to modify or alter both their appearance and their functionality. And we decline any responsibility for the result of the changes made by the customer in any of our original models.
    But many of you do it and you ask us how to mount or dismantle our weapons. We think that this video tutorial can help you. And so become experts among the fans of our historical weapons replicas.
    Hope you enjoy it.
    ----------------------------

    Nice replica, one thing i have found is the upper sling swivel band is too near the muzzle and tends to slide forwards after a while,when you compare to a real one you will see the difference. As a field mod, carefully cutting a groove on the top wood and under the bottom matching the location of the real bands location, unscrewing then moving the band back along into its new place brings
    More strength and accuracy. Just a personal observation:-)

    Saludos desde Chile, tengo esta réplica, pero haciendole aseo posterior a una salida de recreación histórica mi Enfield cayó a piso con el certojo abierto, al golpearse se quebro el tornillo que va en la mitad del cerrojo (bolt) ya que este tiene dos partes.
    Espero poder cambiar dicho tornillo, creo que tendré que meter herramienta en eso.

    • @DenixReplicaWeapons
      @DenixReplicaWeapons  5 лет назад

      No, they cannot. Most of our replicas are made in 1:1 scale but the internal mechanism and the ammunition, magazines and cylinders are a bit different to avoid the adaption of real ammunition for functional effects.
      In some case also the size has been modified according to the legal restrictions in some countries.

      A 'politicians' answer. I understand the meaning of "maybe"
      Let me make myself clear also if we are doing that. This rifle and its bayonet is iconic. Its history is that of millions of brave men and 2 tragic world wars. You are cashing in on the notoriety of this weapon by making a collector's version of it. In Spain I think. Making profit. So when collectors ask you a question like 'does it accept a bayonet' your answer of 'we dont know' is very much like saying 'we dont care' to many people.
      I suggest you find out. Also that you donate 10% of profits from this weapon to the British Poppy Appeal (Rememberance and support of war veterans) also for a No.4 if you make it.

    • @viper2311
      @viper2311 3 года назад

      If you swap the mag for one from a real smle (if you're from the uk then hard luck as the laws over there would make it legally a firearm if the mag had a functioning spring like in the real mag), after that you'd have to widen the chamber as it's made a little too small to fit a .303 round. I haven't tried yet but I'd say that should make it chamber a round, being careful of course to not damage the replica in the process
