This man isn’t just an Oklahoma treasure, he’s a national treasure. Best of all is he’s a true and outspoken Christian who loves the Lord Jesus and loves giving the Lord praise. I plan on eventually screen recording all of my favorite episodes and storing them on a usb drive just in case RUclips ever goes down or something else happens. Why? Because when Kent’s gone, there won’t really be anymore true old school cowboy cooking to learn from.

He posted this years ago and still comments on the videos. This dude is a real one. Why hasn't anyone offered him a show. I want to see Kent Rollins traveling the world. I wanna see him meet Gordon Ramsey. His personality is endlessly entertaining.
This dude done went to the Big City cookin show and used ingredients he had no idea what to do with, but made a fantastic meal out of them. Holy hell. There's people who go on there with knowledge of every ingredient ever and they don't do nearly as well!
Kent Rollins can cook! I met him on RUclips, I gave him one of my recipes. He's Awesome! One of these days, I'm going to meet him in person, and the both of us will have a wonderful day! I would have to agree on not knowing some of the ingredients. I noticed this on Chopped Kids edition. Kids are not afraid to try other stuff simply because they don't know or are unfamiliar and ironically enough, the food turned out is usually dang good! I believe it gave Kent the edge ..... as well as some good old fashioned chuck wagon cowboy cookin' !

"I'm a cook, not a chef..." is the quote (if memory serves) I would LOVE to watch Kent eat foods he's unfamiliar with... maybe even uncomfortable with (LOL tofu) prepared by others chefs/cooks. Maybe their preparations could inspire him?
Kent certainly cowboyed up for that competition. They put him out of his element, but he took the challenges and rode with them. I would love to see him on Hell's Kitchen. He could teach Chef Ramsay a thing or two. And he's the nicest guy on the planet. He'd probably tell Chef Ramsay to lighten up.
