Well guys you might have missed the best break beat album of all times. Music for the jilted generation. My favourite from this album is Break & Enter. Mind blowing that those guys were so far ahead with their sound. Sounds still fresh today.
'Break & Enter' is one of their best Yes!! Actually my 2nd favourite Prodigy track! 1st place is G-Force, 3rd is No Good, 4 is Charly, 5 is Everbody's in the place
3rd CD I ever bought, Music for the Jilted Generation - still has a prominent place on my playlists, especially for long roadtrips. Entire album is a banger.
The 'send him to outta space' sample comes from the Max Romeo song, Chase The Devil, produced by the mighty Lee Scratch Perry Pretty sure i requested it, if not, then i do now!
See them in London in the 90s , very good live... Off to see sabaton in April, check them out.... History and metal, what's not to like... Ghost division, live at Woodstock would be a great start, don't worry about getting blocked, they openly encourage reactions because the story's they tell , they believe shouldn't be forgotten
I mean there are so many other great songs. Just throw in their album and listen through them. :) lately I've had "invaders must die" on my playlist. It's such a great song as well.
music for jilted is their best album and the song and the album released 1994-1995. first song from this album was No good is one of their best hits. react to this one
Breathe was better than firestarter.... plenty other tunes.... Watch more prodigy? Music video for Narayan is awesome and my oldest fave is One Love by prodigy.... Try 'Fire-(Sunrise version)' for more pre-2000 music
Not a big Prodigy fan, a few of their singles are outstanding, the rest i can take or leave. Good live band, i caught part of a set once. I have no idea if they are now over, now that Keith is dead, i haven't heard either way.
@@Sandy-dd4le RIP Keith, but although he did vocals for a couple of tracks he wasn't really the "front man", just the most recognisable face. Liam is the heart/main creative of The Prodigy and the one the band couldn't do without.
Keith flint was a good freind of mine he inspired many generations of music fans he is a legend rip brother

Ahhh, great memories. And now I'm going to go and listen to Out Of Space again...
The 'send him to outta space' sample comes from the Max Romeo song, Chase The Devil, produced by the mighty Lee Scratch Perry
Pretty sure i requested it, if not, then i do now!
True excellence but I would recommend 'Poison' from this album and their earlier stuff like 'Your Love' from 1991
The first cd I ever bought, on the Island of Guernsey. R.I.P Keith. 😢
The guitar riff is from Nirvana Very Ape, although it's not a direct sample , it was replayed by Lance Riddler for copy right reasons
These cats are wild
You should check out the Prodigy Out of Space for a great dance/reggae mix
We know that one very well!

Never heard this before, 👍.
Who sampled who?
Sounds very similar vibe to one of the BLADE 🎞 soundtracks.
Out of space, firestarter and breathe... You guys are missin out!!!
We know and love those songs!!

Shout-out to the kitty tail
back when keith flint had long hair
yes, what was he thinking cutting it off , he had great hair, peak Prodigy although still love them today.

First song is Break & Enter!
@@alexis72ism He meant that the first single released from the album was No Good.
@@tempsitch5632 Well true. To be honest it's almost no good compared to the rest of the album. Mainstream if you can say that for Prodigy.
@@alexis72ism It would confuse first-time listeners that think The Prodigy has a female lead singer ….. or even a singer.
The video to this alternate version was iconic, although I wouldn’t pick it musically over the original. ruclips.net/video/XQEBzauVIlA/видео.html

They're planning live dates for next year and possibly some new material too.
@@140cabins ah, cheers for the info. Must be a bit of a daunting prospect replacing Keith i would think!
@@Sandy-dd4le They already had their first tour since he passed and no - they are not replacing him, it's just Maxim doing the live vocals now.
