This man was my hero as a kid, I watched everything he did and tried to copy him. His fade out on a long ball to get on the outside of his opposite is the best I've ever seen, absolute genius.

Made an art out of it. In balls, outballs. Didn’t matter. Balance personified.

I met Steve at the Caxton last year and he is an absolute gentleman. I was too young to remember his playing days but my Dad loved him and spoke so highly of The Pearl.

Mate, watching the Pearl cutting defences to pieces every week at ANZ stadium is one of those things that defines my 90's Brisbane childhood. He was just magic, never seen someone move as beautifully as him since, maybe a young Greg Inglis or Chris walker was similar for a short period of time.

Corey Oates will be Broncos’ second highest try scorer in the next couple of weeks in 2024.

As a Broncs fan, it's sad looking back at all these players from the 90's compared to what we had during our dark years. Players like Matt Lodge, Alex Glenn, Adam Blair, Issac Luke, Pangai, Milford, Nikorima and Issako were an absolute disgrace to the Broncs jersey.

I wouldn’t have Alex Glenn in that group. Lodge was & still is a tough solid player. It’s just what happened in the States that people keep bringing up.

R u serious? Adam blair, milford, nikorima and alex glen all playd a big part in getting the bronks in the grand final in 2015 and only lost by a single point in golden point, adam blair set up one of the great long range trie's thru an off load, a disgrace ? Wierd that u named all those kiwi players when ben hunt dropped the ball from a kickoff that lost that gf
