The pearl is the best centre I’ve ever seen!!! 142 tries in 189 games and if we include the super league world club challenges it’s 165 tries in 192 games plus what ever he scored in England.
@@MeanAzz_13 I got bored one day and went through his stats on rugby league project, and he scored something like 89 tries in 92 games at ANZ stadium (former broncos home ground, not the Sydney one)
as a Broncos fan from 88 to 2002 it took me so long to switch from them to my home team the cowboys but i had followed them from when i was 7 and the cows came in when i was 14 so half my life supporting the broncos at that stage. Took me i mean the cowboys a while to win me over for obvious reasons i still went to every home game and supported them when they weren't playing the broncos anyways before i forget to write what i was originally going to say Pearl is in my top 5 all time favourite and alfie still is my favourite despite cowboys fans going but thurston and the only NSW player in my top 5 Lazo.
He was my best player growing up he just made things look so easy on the league field, especially with the multitude of quality players from the same era just totally awesome.
Pearl and Mal not even close. Now if you went Hodges or gasnier and GI vs Mal and pearl you’d have a red hot competition. Jimmy ain’t on pearls level, and Mal and GI are to close to split.
@@troystaunton254 I only went Jimmy because he's about the closest fit in physical statue too Renouf I've seen, both with exceptional speed, wasn't really comparing their records as such, one big man one small man on both teams
