The callers were the best part of the show. The first time I heard his Art Bell impression, I was literally on the floor in the fetal position laughing to the point I could hardly breath.

As Phil used to close his show for many nights "Until tonight or tomorrow morning, a very pleasent morning from El Pacifico" The station I work at used to carry him and I'm the overnight board op. I get it, but it's still hillarious. I love Robert and Bud the most.
I absolutely love Phil Hendrie. How I knew it was him was I noticed the characters did not interrupt him and he did not interrupt them. Normal human conversations there is always overlapping voices while the other ones talking. Thank you Phil for what you do man you are truly an inspiration.

I have every hour of radio that he has done from 1998 to his final show in mid 2006. Phil brought me so much joy over the years. His restarts after he left terrestrial radio were all unfortunately bombs. It is just so sad to see that he has fallen of the edge. Overcome with Trump Derangement syndrome and booze.
