Is it the stock bushing or you have the same one I do? It’s not the bushing from what I’ve seen around the forums. It has something to do with the transmission itself I can’t remember what it was wether synchros or something else. I normally don’t try and force it. I just shift into first and second and it goes in easy
+yonathan hailu so far it's been amazing. It makes everyday driving in the FoST so much better. Just need to shorten the throws still. Gonna do a short shift arm soon
@@gandhi1078 my car does something similar, its definitely the bushing bro, cuz u can feel it kinda click twice. That twice click is the soft bushing giving and not letting the car fully enter into gear, I just got an NTC bushing literally today and will be installing it shortly. IMHO u dont need to do the other bushings that are on the bracket until they actually wear out, the stock ones are VERY stiff with metal cores, but the cable end bushing for the forward and backward throws (the one in this video) is god awful. Also doing a neutral reset helped me live with the stock bushing until my NTC came in the mail.

weird...your intake has a lot more heat shielding than mine. Mine only has it on the part going down to the turbo yours goes all the way across.
Could just be that it fell off or maybe yours is a newer model.

At times my transmission wont allow me to shift into Reverse would this bushing have anything to do with my problem?

Blue & Boosted yeah I got the same ones I just installed them and it’s definitely not the issue but it’s a big difference on my tranny

@@Mythos_A3 mine was the synchro so gearbox out, also had to replace the dmf
