How and When to do a Neutral Reset on Focus ST/RS

I have been noticing difficulty getting into 2nd and 3rd gear, and thought at 60k miles on my car and the way I drive my syncros were starting to go. Turns out the shift bushings are junk and over time it just gets out of wack. Here is how to preform a neutral reset on your ST/RS to clean up that slop in the shifter.
