I love how when Nick goes off about hot dogs Tommy is trying to politely listen. Like your friend does when your little sibling comes into your room when they are over.
Love that this is the most Nick content we've gotten in a video and it's entirely about hot dogs from offscreen.

OKAY scrolling through the comments made me realize that the whole "husband/boyfriend talking about specific food in an excited way" is a global thing and it's not just my boyfriend, thank you everyone and thank you Rachel ❤️
Here's the thing: you don't "only" sew outfits in a week. You also film the process (which includes preparing the locations, lighting, setting up the camera and mic etc), you cut and edit the footage (which I assume also includes colour correcting/grading, audio correction, the right music has to be chosen and cut and who knows what else is entailed in that area) for literal hours, later on you also have to correct the automatic closed captions. In the meantime you have to take care of yourself and feed yourself AND find time to spend with your family. All. In. One. Week. Rinse and repeat, every week, because this website punishes those with an uneven or too gapped upload ratio. Girl, you're a champ! If this type of wholesome and simple palette cleanser content constitutes as a type of break, or helps keep you sane and saves you from burning out PLEASE do this more often.

I tried to film myself making a hobbit vest and let me tell you, between my cat trying to ✨help✨, moving the camera around and making sure the piece I’m working on is IN FRAME. It took 2-3x as long. Then editing everything to a 15 second video… I have so much more respect for every RUclips creator and especially Rachel and the other makers. 😭

@@modestmaude8367 because they're people. We're seeing one blip of a moment between them, that moment doesn't define the entirety of who they are and all their dynamics. Rachel kept it in the video because it was funny to hear Nick talk about hot dogs for 5 minutes. She edited in her video to have specific comedic effect, which worked. That doesn't mean that she ignores his interests or that she and Tommy are childish. Sometimes you listen to people talk and you don't hang on to every word. That's normal.

Same. I'm a vegetarian and haven't eaten bacon in decades and yet I still know the good bacon is crispy.
