It really was epic to drive! Makes me wonder what it would be like to drive on the limit with fresh tyres on a track like the Silverstone GP circuit, or Spa!
That looks awesome dude! But isn’t that the GT Academy car not the GT pro? It has a big academy sunscreen and the GTP has a 6750rpm red line not 5800, giving it 30 more bhp
Thank you! I had the same questions as you when I arrived at the test 😊 It was confirmed that the car was in full GT Pro spec. If you watch a few other GT Academy onboard laps at Blyton Park they are typically a few seconds per lap slower. Regarding the sun screens, they didn’t have any ‘GT Pro’ sun screens at the time, so the ‘GT Academy’ one stayed on the car in the name of practicality and safety. Hope that helps 😊👍
Real Pro!! 👍🏿
You’re too kind! Thank you!
Brooooooo!!! Levels!!!
Maaate, it was an amazing experience!
@@theinnerracer looking forward to hearing more about it when we catch up soon.
@@MrNL316 definitely, looking forward to it 😊
Would love to see you do a full season with these cars 👀
That would be absolutely amazing, I’d love for that to happen too! Hope you’re well!
What a sick car man!!!!

That looks awesome. Was that just a one off or in preparation for something more?!
Thanks @Hectorides it was an awesome car to drive. I’m always preparing to race in some way, shape or form, so we’ll see what we can make happen!
don't hit 5800rpm first inboard shot, 5800rpm! loving the work..... haha
Thank you! 5795rpm still counts as being under right? 🤭😂
@@theinnerracer 🤣🤣
Will you be looking to upgrade from the Caterham?
We’ll see, Laura! 😉
