    Could you elaborate on why we ought to get rid of microwaves? The best reasons I can think of are that they’re an occasion for mistakes, such as microwaving plastics by mistake - or perhaps being too near the microwave, but microwave radiation is non-ionizing, and only even potentially dangerous at its highest power. That’s as far as I have learned, anyways.

    hey so this is a really deep dig but I want to see if anyone might have input on something extremely important to me about this:
    during my time in the US military I developed a curious hormone disorder that still has not gotten a further diagnosis than general endocrine disorder.
    Talking to former friends from my same boot camp training class, many were suffering from the same things, and we all reminisced about a "funny" story: from day 1, not a single one of us 17-21 year young men woke up with "morning wood" not a single one, for 3 months the day after inoculations and other unknown mandatory substances
    with the implications I built up: I am aware of the potential myth of salt-peter, and also thoughts regarding testosterone drop after over-exertion exercise (that is why I mentioned the issues starting from day 1, when we would not start any actual training for another week) also no exposure to burn pits, chemical weapons or foreign disease contact for reference
    anyone have any ideas? or just generally understand my train of thought and where I am going with all of this?

    • @DoIoannToKnow
      @DoIoannToKnow 14 дней назад +1

      for reference, my testosterone was tanked, Est. elevated, but test naturally skyrockets (800ng+) while on аnаstrozole/aromatase inhibitors (which is an absolute nightmare trying to get physicians to prescribe me, its a fight to get them on the same page for something I genuinely need badly)

    The problem is everything is or has been stored in a plastic container at some point, even if you buy a jar of tomato sauce in glass how do you know the manufacturer doesn't use plastic during the manufacturing?
    What if air filters contain plastic glue; What's HEPA filters made out of? There's probably some plastic in there to make the paper fiber stick together. The back end of a vacuum has a HEPA filter that blasts piping hot air through a plastic infused HEPA filter for you to breath in.
    Low T and high Estrogen is probably the future for humanity; How come all these plastic chemicals are able to stick to the estrogen receptors and none go for the testosterone receptors? It's like the estrogen receptors accepts anything and testosterone is super picky.
    I haven't read about a single chemical that accidentally mimics testosterone.

    I trick I learned to tell if your microwave oven “leaks”: Put a cell phone in the microwave, shut the door. (Don’t turn the oven on!) Then call your phone from another cell phone. If your phone rings, microwaves can get in and therefore out of your oven.
    Aside from that, and of avoiding plastic in microwaves, I’d like to know if microwave cooking changes the food in a negative way that other heating methods don’t. I do prefer tea with conventionally boiled water rather than microwaved water, but aside from that I’m not aware of a problem.

      Not that I know of. Of course it wll change the cooking just like oven cooking is different from steaming. Also, microwaves that get out of the microwave are hardly problematic. Maybe if you stick your head against it for some time... On the other had I am curious about sous-vide cooking, since it is made in plastic...

I took it every few days for a few months and it completely shut down my inflammatory repair pathways after exercise. My tendons severely degraded, I could no longer get DOMS. Eventually I could barely walk. Once I figured it out, I stopped taking it and within a week my inflammatory pathways went normal again. That was a few years ago and I'm still rebuilding some tendons but they are mostly healed now.

    I have been carrying around smart water bottles with the sports caps for over 15 years because they are easy to run and sip water without twisting off a cap I roll over and take a swig from one off my nightstand. I also reuse these bottles and put lemon water in them to keep hydrated. BUT I’ve been waking up chugging 20 Oz of a refilled smartwater to realize there were a little mold spores floating around in the water. I’m wondering if the lemon juice is eating the plastic in the inside or what’s happening because the mold is growing like overnight. I think I’m doing something healthy by trying to drink a lot of water throughout the day, but I’m probably harming my health by drinking out of these plastic bottles. I just haven’t found any, other way to consume water I don’t have a straw or untwist a cap.

Very helpful when I asked my questions to them, knowing that the times we live in require safer solutions.
