    Quick and to the point while covering all the bases for a vast majority of people.
    Been liking the Chomps jerky for quick protein.
    Have a link recommending foods/recipes?
    My wife and I are 40 and 38. The sedentary lifestyle we have only recently found ourselves in has been taking (or adding) its toll..

      Thanks so much, I am glad the info is helpful.
      I am working on a food/recipes page and will update here when it’s done.
      In the meantime, eat lean protein after working out (ideally within 30 min of working out). A smoothie is fine, but lean meat/fish is ideal (unless you are vegan).
      Other than that, try to maximize veggies and limit processed foods. Personally, I eat eggs a few times per week, use almond flour in baking for extra protein and have a salad with lean protein for dinner most evenings.
      Yes, I understand bc I got out of shape and had to start from square 1. You and your wife have got this 🙌💪 Small actions daily + consistency is your best friend!
