Hi sir, thank you very much for this very important training. My concern is that is it necessary to create a "User account" in the phpMyAdmin and secondly, how can I go online with the LMS platform to enable me enroll users or my learners. A video on that would be of help. Thank you.

Hello Sir, are you coming back to the channel? I am following this installation instruction but at some point after it has checked for things like enrol_lti I lost system connection and now I don't know what to do to not have to start from scratch. Any idea what I am talking about and how I may help myself?

Locate the WampServer icon in the system tray on your Windows taskbar. It typically looks like a green W.
Click on the WampServer icon to open the context menu.
In the context menu, navigate to "PHP" and then select "php.ini".
This will open the php.ini file in your default text editor, allowing you to make changes as needed.
