What you have said is true. Bruno is the bigger star and has been more commercially successful. That is true, even for those of us who believe Anderson to be of equal if not greater talent. If you listen to their interviews there styles of making music complement each other. Anderson has a easy vibe and makes music by feel/fun. Growing up playing in the black church you can feel the gospel roots in his drumming and the other instrumentation he layers onto his songs. Bruno is more technical, working through chords and progressions. Andy said he liked making music that is technically driven and Bruno said that he had never made music before where the drums drive the song (rather than the vocals). Their music is simply outstanding, though I still think it leans more towards Bruno style. Hopefully future projects will have more of Anderson’s groove-based sound that relies on instrumentation and is less dependent on the vocals. The truth is though that Bruno’s vocals sells and makes his music more accessible to a wider audience. But musically, Anderson is the far better musician imho opinion, but I grew up listening to gospel so Anderson’s sound speaks to me in a way that Bruno’s music can’t.
Also Silk Sonic: has Bruno playing piano on the iHeart Radio show, and Bruno has more streams than Anderson when they could make the music only by the name of Silk Sonic

Well, to be honest here, it was the Con Funk Shun song remake that caught my attention. Now I love them both as professional musicians. Experts at their craft.
You'll feel such genuine good vibes with this group. It's because they respect rach other very well. Bruno is such a great company. Any colad he did all of them did great and not only him. He brings out the best in them just like Adele & Anderson says based on experience.
One thing nobody actually noticed is the hilarious let’s call them “south park shakeweight hand gestures” the whole band does when “she belongs to everyone” is sang as if she is “skiing”. Implying perfectly she does indeed belong to everyone & the streets. Cracks me up every time😂
Only exception would be their Little Richard tribute, Anderson played drums while Bruno was on mic. Granted, this was when they first started out, every other performance matches which is a pretty cool thing to see. Good catch bro
They are both artists bringing their crafts to the project. Do not make it a "competitive" game! Leave them alone and let them do their thing! Thank You!

That’s true except for their cover tribute of Little Richard, where Bruno performed on mic with no axe & Andy was on drums. Of course that wasn’t really a S.S. performance, & actually included keyboardist Ron Avant of Andy’s Free Nationals on piano.

Andy has a legend as a singing mentor. Bruno pushed and inspired Andy but Andy did the same for Bruno and was a heavy influence during production. Andy sang so damn good. They both just really are probably one of the biggest duo's in a very long time.
