8/18/2022 Silk Sonic in Vegas....BEST SHOW I've ever seen. Absolutely a drop the mic show from beginning to end. So so so glad I spent the $$$. It was worth every cent. I will go again in a heartbeat if and when they decide to do it again.

They've been active for a long time in the LA and valley area even way before Bruno collaborated with them. They're one the best live bands out right now. Even I don't like R&B music but when I see them perform, I understand that they are amazing. You're right, silk sonic can't write whatever album that is but I'm pretty sure at the gates can't write silk sonic songs too.
Not even close, not even SLIGHTLY close. That being said as musical enjoyment is subjective you're entitled to think that.

Then they got the chances that very few are able to get even in equal talent. That and they are also highly-talented entertainers, which between juggling professional music for a career with experience that can grow your stage charisma is challenging. More and more talents crop up in small numbers every year, just open your mind to looking for them instead of only seeing ones hitting mainstream like Mars and .Paak.
