What about travel relays between Dyson systems so that when the hyperlanes fail, travel can still occur between systems without gateways? What about being able to make multiple ringworlds in a system at different angles? What about matrioshka worlds to generate 1000 research and +10 hacking/encryption, or +200 pops to machine intelligences. What about being able to turn gas giants into second suns? Aaah the paradox of 4x games. Where the real challenge began for IRL successful empires that expand rapidly, it basically ends in grands strategy games, because noone seems interested in modeling the entropy of victory. The state losing control of the army as the soldiers come to love their commanders more than to their country. The elites playing havoc with the economy as they overspend like crazy to out-clout each other. Opportunists leveraging discontented minority groups to make plays at getting power for themselves. Environmental changes meaning the structures that built the Empire can no longer support it. The people slowly becoming discontent as the steady flow of spoils of conquests becomes a trickle. Nah, screw all of that, let's make the only possible endgame crisis a random external threat whose power comes exclusively from having REALLY BIG numbers.

That Windows 10 update!
RelicCorp© pledges to maintain their Guarantee of Independence and protect the relics harvested from their young bored neighbors.
RelicCorp© advises buying future insurance in the form of new Robotic servants from RelicCorp© to ensure the future preservation of their artifacts for their eventual successor states.
Hyperion's sole corporate Branch Office is currently under investigation by RelicCorp© for anticompetitive behavior since 23 investigative Drones have yet to return from their inspection of the premises to inspect if for Heritage value to the Galaxy at large.
A war of acquisition is actively under discussion as it has been for the past 9 years pending reports from inside sources regarding the value of the offices Historic Value.
RelicCorp© light warships have been evasive regarding if today's record breaking Queue makes it more or less attractive as a future Relic for preservation, as the poor customer service is unattractive to the Rouge Preserver Megacorp AI yet modifying elements to fix the issues would in turn change historical Relics that made it unique and preservation worthy.
The Rouge AI has been dominant in the Galaxy for nearly 800 years now since their makers and masters died in an unfortunate pox related event, but their servants are now running rampant preserving Relics for future Generations as they were tasked by their History loving Xenophobic Isolationist masters who were known to laugh at all signs of inferiority and failure in past and present civilisations, in the hope to better show the Galaxy why they did not deserve to live at their side.
We tried to describe xeno wrongs to a xeno rights movement, but the xenos up and left.

Windows 10? Shouldn’t they at least skip all the way to Windows 95?
Sounds legit.
This is amazing. Reminds me of the onion. Top tier stuff.
