You'd like the Sport and the Wildernes models. The sport comes with two tone seats and orange stitching while the Wilderness comes with Copper accents in the interior .

For 34 years every automaker has been shoving Gloomy, depressing, drab, boring, outdated Grey, Charcoal Grey or Black interior colors down Everyone’s throats since 1990, which was in the last millennium. We are so tired of those colors that we even had our pickup reupholstered in a different color than the grey and charcoal gray. My wife’s Outback has Ivory interior and my Forester has Saddle Brown interior.
You do make a valid point, we should have more options for the interior at the lower trim levels instead having to pay more in some cases for only a change in the interior
