So I can simply switch the default email back and forth with the same instructions? I want to use personal email on a daily basis but need to sent a mail merge from my work email. I can switch the default email to work, send out the mail merge, and then switch the default back to personal email after I'm done?
When I open Outlook my page looks nothing like the page you show in this video and there is no FILE tab in the top left. On my Outlook page it has 9 dots arranged as a box in the top left. If I hover over this it says App Launcher. To the right of this it says Outlook. Under this has a Toggle button and Home, View, and Help Tabs. So I have no idea where to find the page that looks like the one in this video. I have clicked on everything, including everything in my Settings Tab and cannot find it. Any suggestions?
Thanks! This helped. One question - When you now reply to a message that was addressed to your work account, will you have to switch the "from" account, or will it know to use the work account for the reply?
@@AldoJames I was hoping the "Reply/Reply All" messages would use whatever account the message was sent to, while new messages use the default account. I'm still exploring how to do that.
i dont have 'file' ive got home/view/help ive not got 'account settings' ive got "account info' where i can change aliases but not default sender please help

It should use the default account you set
