We have changed emails in the exchange and didn't have to change anything The outlook picked it up automatically. Please note that changing username would have different consequences (we just changed email leaving username unchanged)
does changing the domain of existing user affect existing email? in other words, do I have to migrate all existing emails that were sent to the user on the old domain (inbox, sent, custom folders) manually or does it happen automatically?
Yes i want yo know this it SHOULD do right ? They simply login with new email address and their associated email is just now addressed to the new domain ?
I dont have admin on the list or under the dots... any idea?
Hey random question when you change domains and set one as default do you need to reconfigure emails on cell phones or will it just auto convert over?

How about changing already existing profiles from one domain to another in a batch?
...or changing the default outgoing domain - so all users are sending emails from the new domain?
@TwoWheelsAdventures Did you figure this out TwoWheels?
@@VorTheRhino nah, did this with a manual juior admin task. I am sure there is a powershel way for this but I have no subscription to use CLI :/

Your existing users will need to be changed manually.
