  • With the Common Language Runtime (CLR) hosted in Microsoft SQL Server (called CLR integration - docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotn..., you can author stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions, user-defined types, and user-defined aggregates in managed code. CLR is also available in Azure SQL Database Managed Instance.

    Microsoft - is this specific example supported? If so, can we have the binary file that contains the regular expression functions, please.

      You mean Visual Studio, which predates Eclipse by some years.

      @@StefanPretorius I see, maybe she compares MS products with the competitors, which would also eplaing why using a mac instead of a surface.
