Agreed, I don't know why buy I start tearing up when I watch this performance--it just kills me.
She herself is harmonious and a carrier of harmony. This inner essence of a person is manifested in her music. Five plus a plus for professionalism, too ....
When I was a kid I got a nylon stringed classical guitar and wanted to become the next prodigy.......sadly I never did and 40 years later you bring back that old love......bravo young lady !! You are simply amazing !!
my guitar isn't classical nor has nylon strings. I don't have a footstool neither. Gonna learn it tho

A very difficult piece to play and yet Ms Whittingham played masterfully and beautifully. The great maestro Roland Dyens would be impressed I am sure.
Words are missing to express how wonderful it is to see and hear you play with such dedication or your instrument.

It was a tough choice but after watching and listening to all of her videos, got to say, this one is still my absolute favorite. Looking forward to that changing when there is even more to devour.
Love this piece. Love your performance. This is deceptively difficult, making your exquisite rendition all the more moving. The last memorable performance I heard of this was live, by David Burgess, in a small church in northern New Mexico where I live. You are amazing! From the first beat to the last, this tango is propelled forward without a moment’s rest. Notice the absence of fret noise, evoking the relaxed precision of the dancers. Really like how the the octave harmonics float above the melody lines. Thank you for the magic, saudades, and fire. If I were stranded on a desert island, and could take only a dozen performances with me, this would be one. Bravo!
I have seen you play in 2016 (Piazolla) and now ( 2018) and there is a significant devellopement in your playing, keep it up, you are doing great.

Bruh, it's hard but not that hard I switched to classical like 6 months ago and I can play half of this and Recuerdos, far from as good as her tho. I'm self taught and jave been playing for 4 years.
This is really good. Not sure of the nationality of the guitarlist but roland was french who composed this tango music that goes well for argentina
