Hey there Hanks! This video was great! I didn't really notice much difference LOL. You guys always give lots of info and tips about the areas so...as usual it was very entertaining! Keep up the great work! ❤
I like this style of video. Lots of good information that I needed before I plan a trip to Rhode Island. I assumed it was crowded but that RV park makes me claustrophobic!
Hi Hanks. I grew up in that area. Something i think a lot of people don't think about is that, when those roads were built, there was no such thing as cars, huge trucks, and fifth wheels. The roads were made for carriages pulled by horses. Also, there are a lot of amazing state parks and campgrounds outside of the most touristy town in the state. People who live there tend to camp in a beautiful, quiet area and go to a place like Newport for a day trip. Also, after Labor day it calms way down. And it's too bad you didn't tour a couple of the mansions. The town owns most of them, and they are really neat to check out inside. As always, thanks for sharing. Like this format.
Thanks so much for the insight! You’re totally right. Many of these roads that we have driven on in the North East have been the nicest roads we have ever been on. We’ll definitely have to check out some of those state parks and campgrounds next time. Bummed we missed out on the mansion tours. We appreciate you watching and are so happy you enjoy the new format 🙂
Another suggestion for a hike in the Newport RI area is Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge, if you like quiet. This peninsula has a trail all along the water's edge and is much less congested than the Cliff Walk.
Hey guys! Welcome to my neck of the woods. Husband and I are thinking about going full time in a few years. What's the #1 place you recommend we have to check out?? We've been to more foreign countries than US States!!! Help!!!
My husband and I grew up in the Slatersville part of North Smithfield in northern RI. We love the picturesque areas of New England. One of our favorite places to visit is Beaver Tail State Park in Jamestown, RI.
Remember New England is very old and historic. Originally horses used to carry travelers hence roads were not required to be wide. Some roads were widened however not all could be widened due to private property.
I grew up in Rhode Island, I go back with my 42' Fifth Wheel towed behind a Crew cab - long bed - diesel dually and camp all the time. You just need to go to the right place. The park I stay in has many sites that are plenty big enough.
That’s awesome to hear you’ve found good spots in Rhode Island with your big rig! We’ll have to keep exploring and see if we can find some of those parks too. Thanks for the tip and for taking the time to watch 😊
I live in RI. That truck stop is the only one on the state and we stop there as we head out in our RV for every trip. It’s small and can be busy but most often it’s not as busy as you saw. The restaurant accross the road is a fantastic place to stop.
I live in Mass. moved here 10 years ago. The people in New England area (including Rhode Island) are very protective of their trees. Around 1900 there were no trees; they had all been cut and used for heat and ship building. Some of the backroads around my area, have paved around trees. People go to town meetings to protest the town from cutting down trees.
This is cracking me up! As a New Englander, your perspective on the roads and the "smallness" is cracking me up! So glad you are out this way. Great video!
So, you also asked on IG for feedback on the style. As a couple who lived the full time life for years, we really enjoyed it! Keep it real, keep it fun. And yeah, Carl, like you said, make good decisions. We've followed you two since before you were monetized on YT and always loved ya! Be Well!
Love the video! As a New Englander myself, we consider RI another country! Lol. Nothing is inexpensive in the country that you three are experiencing. MA will open up a bit, as well as ME,NH, and VT. The country is beautiful, the people are kinda short fused, but focus on New England's beauty! So happy that all of you(yes Dexter too) are now experiencing this part of the country! I hope that you will do a video of your overall experiences with all the different parts of the country, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly! It may help the rest of us as we travel the states and get to experience what you've already been able to do. All of this is so informative for me, and I'm sure the rest of us. Safe travels, Hanks. Love you guys!
We could not agree MORE with the Hanks Scenic Rating System!! Thanks so much for sharing this! We are headed to RI next month to chase the Fall Foliage as well and this was so helpful!!
I lived in Newport for a year - I’ve never seen so many cars with front end damage in my life. They park alongside the streets to the corner - so people pull out blind. My guess is many individuals at the campground are military attending Navy War College in Newport. So many military have campers and often when going to a military schools that are less than a year - they won’t move their entire families to the location but stay in the camper for the duration. Most military bases have campgrounds or campgrounds near them - it’s cheaper than renting an apartment.
One good thing about my toy hauler is the generator. Don't use it often but on occasion comes in handy. I always get out and check site and approach. If I see something like that stump or anything I can't see in my mirror I have my wife stand on or next to it. It's a huge help to keep from running over things I'd rather not.
I would recommend staying well outside Newport and driving in. As you saw, Rhode Island is small. We have gone to Newport from Plymouth, Ma. I grew up in Massachusetts so looking forward to next week. We were just up there in July
I love how you show everything and aren't afraid to give us the truth of what you're seeing. Those roads are crazy tights. Reminds me of Center city Philly.
Two years ago I took my 34 foot motorhome towing my car into Newport. I kept looking for a place to park the MH and explore in the car. A few bad decisions later I was on a 2 way street that was only one and a half cars wide. I got out of there unscathed but barely. It's a gorgeous place with lots of history. Smart move on your part to plan ahead and park the trailer then explore in the truck. I like this format but don't forget to be your own awesome selves. Safe travels.
My plan when I retired (14 years ago) was to RV to every national park and monument. But the more I read about traveling in the east, the less I wanted to go. The color change and historic places would be fascinating but the people crowds, scary driving and cost of RV parks are more than I want to take on. There is so much out west including BC and Alberta that I will never see it all. And the boon docking is great. Thanks for this video, it reaffirms my decision to stay in my own lane... The West! I'd love to see more videos like this one. ✌☮
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It's great that you’ve found your groove out West, where the boondocking is top-notch. The crowds and costs in the East can definitely be a challenge, but we love the journey. We’ll keep more of these coming! Thank you for all your support in watching our videos 😊
Well Hanks Welcome to Rhode Island. I see you took the 25-cent tour of Rhode Island. The roads in Rhode Island were built for horse and buggies. We just paved the roads for RVs. The cliff walk is great for getting your steps in. A day on the water will always give you a good night sleep. Thanks for stopping by.
I like the new style of video, felt like I got to go out with you both and do stuff with you compared to other videos where I wanted to see the area but didn't. Plus, I like hearing the honest take on things. Safe travels and looking forward to your next video 😁
Thank you so much! We’re thrilled you’re enjoying the new style and that it feels like you’re hanging out with us. That’s exactly what we’re aiming for! We really appreciate the support and can’t wait to share the next adventure with you. Safe travels to you too! 😁
We parked at that same beach area earlier this summer and completed the entire cliff walk. We came back the next day to go through one of the mansions - it was stunning. As retired military, we were able to get a camp site at the naval yard area which was amazing - only 8 sites, FHU and very spacious. I couldn't imagine driving our fiver through some of those streets like you showed!! I like this type of style for the videos for these areas where there is SO MUCH to do!!
If I knew you were driving by, I would have waived! Or at high tide, waved….. I used to sail with my dad. He was a Navy guy, and loved the water forever. First Mate for Captain Dad was an awesome experience.
I'm a full timer with the love of my life & have been since 2013. I watch about 6 different RV RUclipsrs & you are high on my list. Good job. I always look forward to your next video & I appreciate everything you do.
One small comment on the RV park is that most of the sites you past on your walk with a lot of outside decor were seasonal sites, their not traveling like you guys. They park it once for the season and that's it. Many RV campgrounds are leaning toward seasonal sites and thus the rest of us can sometimes find little room to spend a night or two. Visit eastern West Virginia. you will find that most main roads here are very well maintained and trees are trimmed back so as to not create an overhead obstruction Always love your videos. You are the greatest.
Love this! Thanks for letting us know, we had no idea that a lot of the parks are heading towards the seasonal sites. Will definitely make our way to West Virginia eventually, we hope to cross paths with you soon out on the road! Thank you for all your love and support 😊❤️ we couldn’t do this without you!
We are not full time RV'ers, but now that I'm retired, my wife & I have done a ton of camping this year. Each of us has a Segway e-scooter, and we take them with us when we go touring. We can see so much more, and, there is no parking hassles. We find one spot, park the truck, and take the e-scooters everywhere.
I grew up in CT, we used to hang out in Westerly, RI and camp at Burlingame State Park! Or sleep on the East Beach until we would get kicked out! 😂 Love your videos!
I am so glad that you visited RI. We have lived here all our life and most you tubers skip over RI. You did hit the tourist trap of RI, Newport. If you had come to the Northern section, it would have been cheaper. Can't wait to see your next videos of New England.
I want to thank you for mentioning "Loves RV Stops" in one of your previous posts. We were traveling to Custer SD when i saw a billboard for Loves RV Travel. I convinced my husband to check it out. Due to my medical equipment, we were considering getting a hotel room for the night. Just as you posted. Everything from check in to check out went smooth. Even my husband ( who is not easily impressed) was impressed. Also I did their survey and specifically mentioned your channel. Thanks for the tip and keep up you great work!❤❤
That's wonderful to hear! ❤️ We are so glad the tip was helpful, and it's great to know everything went smoothly for you both. Thanks for mentioning the channel in the survey too! Your support in watching means so much to us 🤗
You visited my hometown, born & raised, at the WORST possible time! The Season. This is when the locals sequester themselves until the tourists go home. You started the Cliff Walk at the wrong spot (should have entered at the Forty Steps) and I can't tell if you made it around Ocean Drive! You need to revisit at the end of September/beginning of October. It is a completely different experience, calmer and quieter. Visit The Breakers (you walked by it on the Cliff Walk) to understand why/how Newport gained its fame. Visit St. Mary's Church built by immigrants brought over to build the mansions and the place where JFK and Jackie O were married. Eat at Brick Alley Pub. Visit Touro Synagogue the first/oldest synagogue in the east. I could go on and on. There is so much more to Newport than what you experienced. Please don't judge based on this experience alone.
I loved the video you made, and yes the roads are narrow. I lived in Warwick, RI, and the mix of trucks, cars and bikes made it an adventure every day. The are worse in New Hampshire and some places in Massachusetts ( like Boston ). However, going by car can lead you to explore and experience more of not well traveled places that are sometimes better for the bucket list.😮
Oh the memories! I was there in Jan 2018(?) or maybe 2019, anyway friends and I did a sunrise Cliff Walk all the way around--we didn't walk the streets. It was cold but fabulous! After they all ditched me, I walked over to that very same coffee shop! I'm glad y'all are showing how busy it can get there in the Summer months. I'd say for the Cliff Walk, if it's nice morning, start at 5 - 6 am...
R.I has the oldest and I believe biggest Fourth of July parade in the country. It is in Bristol and it’s a must see. Our son graduated from Navy Officer school in Newport a few years ago and his class marched. My heart was full seeing the best of Americas young men & women marching in their dress whites 🇺🇸
@@danethier-f6g it was the greatest show of patriotism I had seen in many many years. While far too many small town July Fourth parade’s have dwindled in participants and attendees, the Bristol community shows up big time! We wished we lived closer so that we could go every year !
@@lizcort5047 the whole town start celebrations for the 4th the weekend before starts with a half marathon yeah I have ran 2 years in a row part of the race course is on the parade route. And during the week they have concerts, carnival rides and fireworks a that over the water
I’m originally from New England. Went camping as a child and took my family as an adult. Choosing to take a huge 5th wheel along the coastline will be an exercise in frustration. These state have very little actual coastline and real estate is precious. Roads are narrow, trees are everywhere and no one wants to take valuable land to make a campground that will only be open 6 months of the year. Find campgrounds inland and use the truck to sightsee. This is also the same when you get into Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Get away from the coast and enjoy the beauty and history of New England. (And by the way, Boondocking is NOT acceptable, so don’t bother trying)
Thanks for the advice, Dianne! Navigating the narrow roads and limited campgrounds along the coast can definitely be a challenge, especially with a big rig. We’ll keep your tips in mind as we explore inland more. We appreciate you sharing your experiences with us. Thank you again for watching every week!
😡 I have a boat and a motorhome and have for years! We enjoy both to the fullest. Bass fishing in Florida for the winter and RVing five months for the summer 🤪😎🇺🇸
Great job pulling up the main ! On our sail boat we have an el wenches👍😉. In our RV we have an electric slide!! We enjoy both boondocking on land and sea. Both solar power .
That's awesome! Sounds like you're well-prepared for adventure both on land and sea! Love the solar power setup for both-what a great way to enjoy the freedom of boondocking 😊
Great meeting you this morning as you were leaving to head north! Thanks for the awesome channel and your graciousness even as you were getting underway. We can't wait until we begin our full time journey - Jim & Lynn Thomas
It was so wonderful to meet you as well, Jim! Thank you for coming to say hi 😊 We couldn’t do this without your support. We will catch you and Lynn out on the road again soon!
Spent several summers on the island, renting in Middletown ( more affordable) but spend on so much time in other places. Love the island! Thanks so much for the tour.
I lived on a sailboat for a few years when I worked in DC... We live in a tiny home on 8 acres in the smoky mountains now and have a class-B that we travel in. Sailboat life was awesome
Hi Scot! That sounds like an incredible journey, from sailboat life to a tiny home in the Smoky Mountains! We love hearing stories like this, and it’s awesome that you're still living on the road with your Class B. Thanks so much for sharing and for being part of our community! - Kyle and Renee
Another great show! A lot of those older colonial towns were laid out when horse and buggies were the only wheeled traffic so the closer you get to city centers the more narrow it is.
FYI , Foxwoods and Mohegan casinos have 14 day dry camping with shuttles to the casinos from the parking lots if i remember correctly . Also foxwoods has been building a indoor water park . Both are in ct , foxwoods has a zip line and museum
Thank you for this episode. I grew up in RI and spent a number of summers camping in Middletown, which is on the same island. The Cliff Walk and the mansions were among my favorites. Actually, we did school field trips to some of the mansions. I hope you are enjoying your time in New England.
That's amazing! Sounds like you have some wonderful memories from growing up and camping in Rhode Island. We’re having a great time in New England! Thank you for your amazing support and taking the time to watch 🙂
I’ve never camped outside of New England, I definitely have to venture out because I cannot imagine having so much more space. Thanks, guys, for opening my eyes!
Hey, Kyle and NayNay! We met you guys at Tri-State RV Park in Matamoras, PA. We had the New Horizons 5th wheel across the road from you. Dawn and I grew up in Somerset, Massachusetts and understand your feelings about Newport. When you go back in the fall for leaf peeping, check out Fort Adams State Park in Newport. I think you will like the vibe and stroll along the ocean much better than the crowded Cliffwalk. Enjoy your New England adventure! Can’t wait to see more videos!
Hey! It's great to hear from you! We remember meeting you at Tri-State RV Park 😊 Thanks for the tip on Fort Adams State Park, it sounds like a perfect fall spot. We’ll definitely add it to the list. Hope you and Dawn are doing well-thanks again for watching and for all your continued support!
Yes, this video has more deets. Thank You. Sailing is an *on your toes and being extra alert,* while moving through the water and especially when the weather turns stormy. I follow a couple sail-folks that gives it to viewers straight, (good and not-so good events). These type of YT sharers are the best, like you two. (Solo opinion here). 🏆
Loved the video, keep the RV 😂 I don’t know if you guys have e-bikes or not but they would make touring small towns easier . Of course, walking is definitely the healthiest way to go.😅 reach out to Lectric they love to sponsor full time RVers. ❤
So fun to see Newport! It's been 20 years since I was stationed there (spent lots of time at that Walmart, being right outside one of the base gates). I miss surfing at Second Beach there! The mansions are truly impressive. I wish I'd toured one while I was there. It's such an expensive place, especially in the summer! Thanks for sharing your time there! Glad you got to go sailing- it really is THE thing to do there!
In the old New England towns and cities were made for horses and walking. But if you like history there is no place better. RI has some real interesting history.
Oh absolutely! It's incredible how much history is packed into these New England states! We love being able to experience this. Thank you for your amazing support!
The state itself is beautiful and the whole south coast is beaches. Newport is really busy with tourists so if you were looking for quiet that’s probably not the place. Prices for restaurants and bars reflect this popularity. Not sure when you were there, but the traveling elephants were there in the latter part of summer right on the cliff walk. Narragansett, Galilee and Jerusalem are also nice areas to visit.
thanks for the video, lots of useful information. When you get to Maine, look east across the Bay of Funny and give us a wave in Church Point Nova Scotia.
Yes please, keep posting these videos of your northeastern visits. Hubby and I are originally from those areas and are planning to full time RV for a year, next year. We have family to visit up there and you’ve given us food for thought on our maximize rig size. Also your channel would transition great to sailing and travel. Gone With the Wynns did it and it’s one of my favorite channels F/T Sailing is our next adventure after RVing. The thought of running into the Hanks on the high seas sounds fun! If it’s in your hearts to do it, give it a try 🙂
Life long rhody res here… you went to the worst possible and most expensive town in our tiny state during the worst time of the year. The last place you want to stay or even visit in RI is Newport during the summer. Everything is a tourist trap for ppl like you who didnt “do their” homework. There are many way nicer parts of RI then newport and yes while still crowded cause it is tourist season still here for another month or so you should have checked out campgrounds near wakefield or westerly which is still right on the water and watch hill has awsome historic mansions… most famously taylor swifts massive one. The northern part has the better campgrounds with nice lakes and ponds… you def missed out on what our tiny state has to offer. Too bad.
This formate is good. A bit of RV costs, info of the area and how it applies to camper life. Of course every now & then one needs to breakout an adventure outside the RV life (boats or what ever).
Greetings Hanks. You should seriously consider cruising sailing as an upgrade to your RV life. My wife and I spent 9 years sailing on the open ocean both on the Pacific coast and the Caribbean. We loved every minute of it. We used to sail from Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard, CA out to Santa Cruz Island; about 30 miles offshore. We would anchor in protected coves and spend the weekends out there. In the Caribbean we would live on our bareboat charter yacht and pull an inflatable dinghy for going ashore for dinner, snorkeling, etc. For work and aging parent reasons, we had to give up the sailing life. Three years ago we bought our Solitude 310GK. We love her and named her Bonita. However, several times a year we look at each other and say, 'This is not a sailboat.' Age and other things kept us from going back. If we could, we would sell the home and Solitude and buy a boat to live on. Even living at the dock is heavenly. You said to comment below and I did. I have a hundred stories that would entice you to change your life to living on the sea. Also...we love your videos each week and call every Thursday Hanks Thursday. We follow you in IG as well. Blessings and safety to you folks. ---Larry Pruitt
Larry, your sailing adventures sound absolutely incredible! I am sure you have lots of stories to share from those 9 years. Thank you both for being so dedicated in watching, and for joining us every week. All the love from the Hanks family to you ❤️
We went on a cruise a few years back and Newport was a stop for us. Absolutely loved it! We did a walk around town and bus tour. Would love to go back! Not sure I want to take the travel trailer!
Definitely a little tight with the trailer, but certainly a beautiful area! We are so happy to hear that you guys were able to experience it as well ❤️
What a great video ! A little of everything. I always feel like its boat work when i have dump days and the upkeep of tanks. And washing the Rv. Its work ! But you guys like each other's company and it shows. Fun and funny even the trio to the store. And watching cars
Nice to see you both in the area... i was in Newport recently and the crowds don't stop but the area is so quaint and nice. Hope you had a great time if not with the Newport Walk but the coffee and the sailing! Lets see what you think about Mass.... are you going to the Cape or only Mainland. There is a great spot called "The Knack" in Hyannis and Orleans! If you want great burgers, clam rolls, lobster rolls, check them out! Its one of my fav spots! Also, taking the fast ferry to Nantucket is super cool! So much to do up there thats not just going to Boston! But boston is cool too! Enjoy!
Enjoyed this one. You are taking the trip I am planning for hubby and I in the next year or two. Good to know the expected costs. Really good to know about the narrow roads. Park the RV and then tour around. Keep on sharing.
Had to chuckle when you were talking about where things are in different Walmarts. We have a huge Supercenter must 20 minutes from us that I have to shop (were are rural and there is an Aldi and Walmart in that town and only one grocery store in another town in our pretty big county) and EVERY single time I go over there, they keep moving all their stuff around. Makes me a little testy. Takes much longer to shop each time we go trying to find everything. Oh, the beer and wine section never changes. Hubby said that is so when the peeps come in to get their beer, they don't get lost and just keep wandering around the store. LOL Makes it easy for them. :)
That’s too funny! It’s like they want to keep us on our toes every time we shop, right? But of course, the beer and wine section stays put-priorities! 😂 Thanks for sharing the laugh, and for being part of our journey! - Kyle and Renee

My wife and I are in our 60s and have never RVd, went camping with some friends, going to RV show this week. Have been really enjoying your posts.
Make sure you take in Muncho Lake BC. Absolutely beautiful area!
That Rhode Island campground is the tightest campground I have ever seen!🤣 Can't wait to see the rest of the video!
It was a tight one!! Thanks for being here ❤️
I live in Cumberland. Aquidneck Island is very cramped for roads. Narragansett has lovely beaches and food. RI has been my home all of my life.
My husband gives your video 2 thumbs up! We both like what you showed us today, keep making great videos like this.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Susan! Tell your husband thank you as well 😊 We couldn't do it without you both!
I look forward every week to see your videos
Thank you so much, Jason! We appreciate your support and couldn't do it without you! 😊
Same here!
The new format is great, especially like longer videos!
I love watching your channel with all the tips and tricks and always get a laugh. ❤
We truly appreciate all your love and support 🤗 Thank you for taking the time to watch our videos!
*23:43** I'm absolutely astonished you all we're not forced to wear life jackets. Wow*
.
I grew up in CT, we used to hang out in Westerly, RI and camp at Burlingame State Park! Or sleep on the East Beach until we would get kicked out! 😂 Love your videos!
We love looking at the places we will never visit :D
We LOVE your newer video style... As we begin to spool up, we will focus on the "Fun" things that we do, including RV parking reviews...
#FunMeter
I am so glad that you visited RI. We have lived here all our life and most you tubers skip over RI. You did hit the tourist trap of RI, Newport. If you had come to the Northern section, it would have been cheaper. Can't wait to see your next videos of New England.
No way!!!!!! RV life is definitely the way to gooooooooo!!!! Enjoy this episode..👏🏾👏🏾❤️
We totally agree 🤗 Thank you for your continued support!!
Agree 100%... they passed me off.
Pissed
It's on my bucket list to go back to Newport some day. I ❤ to visit to see all those places!
Love this format! Like seeing what you discover in different places.
Thank you very much for your kind and honest feedback, Janine! We appreciate you watching ❤️
With Rhode Islands size the engine of the tow vehicle is in one state and the back of the RV is in another 😂😂
I loved the video you made, and yes the roads are narrow.
Alright..Hanks posted before 5pm!!😅
Yay! Thanks for being here 😊 We hope you liked this style of video and change of pace
@@HappilyEverHanksalways love the Hanks!
R.I has the oldest and I believe biggest
Fourth of July parade in the country. It is in Bristol and it’s a must see. Our son graduated from Navy Officer school in Newport a few years ago and his class marched. My heart was full seeing the best of Americas young men & women marching in their dress whites 🇺🇸
@@lizcort5047 it’s Bristol RI that had that parade. I unfortunately never got to see it.
@@KathrineSmith-t1v if you do ever get the chance , go see it !
It is the oldest 4th of July pride us in ri are pride of that fact
@@danethier-f6g it was the greatest show of patriotism I had seen in many many years. While far too many small town July Fourth parade’s have dwindled in participants and attendees, the Bristol community shows up big time! We wished we lived closer so that we could go every year !
@@lizcort5047 the whole town start celebrations for the 4th the weekend before starts with a half marathon yeah I have ran 2 years in a row part of the race course is on the parade route. And during the week they have concerts, carnival rides and fireworks a that over the water
Love what you have done for the program! You capture exactly what I want to know. Thanks Hanks
Thank you very much for brightening our day, Kevin! You mean a lot to us with you support in watching 😊
Great video!!! You kept me company while I was catching up on some work at my desk. 🙂
I love this! Thank you so much for your kind support and for taking us along. We hope your workday goes quick :-)
The only thing worse than having an RV is having a boat. Remember the best days of having a boat are the day you bought it and the day you sell it.
Do not switch to a boat! Please.. boats are much more maintenance and you can’t take it out as much as an RV!! Lol!
😡 I have a boat and a motorhome and have for years! We enjoy both to the fullest. Bass fishing in Florida for the winter and RVing five months for the summer 🤪😎🇺🇸
Totally disagree. Love love love both my RV and boat!
I was so sad when I sold my boat!! Getting another one. And an RV!!
So then you want get sell your rv?
We camped in Narragansett at Fisherman’s Memorial. It was wonderful!!
We can't wait until we begin our full time journey - Jim & Lynn Thomas
oh - and thanks for the sticker. My 5th wheel will wear it proudly!
It was so wonderful to meet you as well, Jim! Thank you for coming to say hi 😊 We couldn’t do this without your support. We will catch you and Lynn out on the road again soon!
Thanks for your Service, Brother!!!
I love watching your content. It's a actually help me with some trips I've been on. This is the reason I've been following you for a long time.
❤your videos and yes we want more like this! What a fun trip on the sailboat, Yahoo great job;
Aww thank you!! We had such a fun time and are thankful to be able to share it with you 🤗
I love and agree with the hanks rating system, or for what scenic, one hundred percent agree with you guys
Spent several summers on the island, renting in Middletown ( more affordable) but spend on so much time in other places. Love the island! Thanks so much for the tour.
Hi Diane! Middletown sounds like a great affordable spot! Thanks for sharing your experience, and we’re glad you enjoyed the tour ❤️
Hey guys. The new format is cool. We like it. Whatever format you all enjoy, keep doing it. We will watch either way.
We love this! Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We couldn't do this without your support in watching ❤️
Being on the water and being near the water does help you sleep. There is so much to see in RI you can’t really see it all in a few days.
Oh my goodness, we couldn't agree more! We can't wait to go back and check out some more of RI 🙂
Another great show! A lot of those older colonial towns were laid out when horse and buggies were the only wheeled traffic so the closer you get to city centers the more narrow it is.
Nay nay - you didn’t drive the boat you would have been the skipper 🤪
Great video guys!! 🙌🙌
FYI , Foxwoods and Mohegan casinos have 14 day dry camping with shuttles to the casinos from the parking lots if i remember correctly . Also foxwoods has been building a indoor water park . Both are in ct , foxwoods has a zip line and museum
Foxwoods is so big that it has it's own police/fire dept. I've been to both, Connecticut is a beautiful state indeed.
The new VOD is here!!! The new VOD is here!!!
We are here and rolling 😎 Thanks for being here!
I really love these tourist videos y’all do. Love seeing all the sights and the travel tips. Lotta fun!
This is such great feedback! Thank you! 😊
Born and raised in RI. Glad ya came!
Thanks so much for having us! Your home is such a beautiful area ❤️😊
Enjoyed the video! Been watching for few weeks now ! Stay safe !
Thank you for your amazing support in watching, Perry! You mean a lot to us!
I’ve never camped outside of New England, I definitely have to venture out because I cannot imagine having so much more space. Thanks, guys, for opening my eyes!
Fun video, enjoyed every minute. "Thanks Hanks"!! Safe Journey
Thank you so much for being here and taking the time to watch 😊
Love everything You guys do, You make it fun. Thank You for Taking us along with You. Keep up the great work.
Thank you so much for your wonderful support in watching our videos! We couldn't do it without you 😊
Hey, Kyle and NayNay!
Love the longer more personal take on your videos. You are both amazing and love watching and learning from your videos!!
This is really wonderful to hear, Susan! Thank you for this honest feedback. It helps us a lot moving forward 😊
We love your opinion and for taking the time to share this great input! Thank you for all you do in watching 😊 You mean a lot to us!
Hi Kids, yes, I love this content. It's nice to see more of what you see and do, it's also nice to hear your opinion of an area.
Thank you, Teresa! This is very helpful to us going forward with the videos. We appreciate you 🤗
Loved the video, keep the RV 😂 I don’t know if you guys have e-bikes or not but they would make touring small towns easier . Of course, walking is definitely the healthiest way to go.😅 reach out to Lectric they love to sponsor full time RVers. ❤
I really like the laid-back style. Fantastic video 😃
My husband (Rod) and I are super excited for your visit to Maine. 🤗
Thank you Jeannie and Rod! Your support means so much to us 🤗
We've learned so much from you three. Thank you!
Keep the RV. Boats are limited to water, the RV can go so many more places! Love all y'all's videos! And especially love Dexter!
Oh, for sure! We’re locked in tight with the RV life 🤗 thank you for being here, Linda!
Born and raised in RI -left when I was 18. Texas is my home no regrets
thanks for the video, lots of useful information. When you get to Maine, look east across the Bay of Funny and give us a wave in Church Point Nova Scotia.
Loved this video!! Great chemistry between you guys. Keep us the great work. Love your style. Love your humour.
Too bad.
Love the videos keep them coming you guys thank you so much. We know it’s a lot of work. You guys are hilarious and so adorable! ❤
Awww! This truly makes our day reading this! 😊 thank you very much for taking the time to comment!
We are so happy to hear that you guys were able to experience it as well ❤️
Good Job Ney Ney pulling the halyard!😀😀
Thank you so much, Robert!! 😃
You two did an amazing job with this video. So relaxing watching you two buzz around during a day. !!
What a great video ! A little of everything. I always feel like its boat work when i have dump days and the upkeep of tanks. And washing the Rv. Its work ! But you guys like each other's company and it shows. Fun and funny even the trio to the store. And watching cars
Yes, its very interesting to know the costs. Thank you.
Thank you, Mike! Your feedback is wonderful ❤️
Enjoy!
If interested. You can buy a (UNI PASS) for the tolls. It works through central Florida toll system.
You save money and no monthly charges like some.
Hey there! That's such a great recommendation! We have some updates we will be sharing soon on this :)
Uni pass works in many states not just one, and there is no charge for it. Just pay the tolls as you go auto-pay
How grand watching you two complement one another with your chats. Great channel.
Thank you so much for your kindness and support 😊 You mean so much!
Enjoyed this one. You are taking the trip I am planning for hubby and I in the next year or two. Good to know the expected costs. Really good to know about the narrow roads. Park the RV and then tour around. Keep on sharing.
This honest feedback means so much to us! Thank you very much 🤗 You and your hubby will love the area!
