Oh thank goodness! Someone who provides senior exercises that don't start with impossible poses. I feel stretched, hopeful & that the whole thing is feasible.
Mike, my name is Greg, and I live in Washington state USA. I am a 74 year old retired elementary school teacher having been in the classroom for 39 years. I am also a retired high school football coach. I did that for 45 years. I started lifting weights when I was 15 years old and have pretty much been doing it faithfully and still am lifting 3 days a week. One thing that I never did was stretch, that is until I stumbled upon one of your stretching videos on RUclips about 2 months ago. I have been doing them faithfully ever since and can say that slowly but surely, I am starting to feel the results. I went to your channel and found a series of 12 videos which where I go each day. I go right down the line doing a different routine each day. Thank you, thank you, thank you for putting up these videos to help us. Have a happy day, Mike.🙏❤️🙏❤️
Hi Greg. Thanks so much for sharing your story. It’s awesome to hear about your dedication to lifting all these years, and I’m really glad you found my stretching videos. It’s never too late to start something new, and it’s great that you’re already feeling the benefits! Keep up the amazing work, and if you ever have questions, I’m here.
@@MoreLifeHealth Thank you for your kind response, Mike. I look forward to eyeing you each morning. I found 12 stretch routines on your home channel. I go down the list and do one each day 1-12 and then restart them on the 13th day. Thank you for helping me be a better me for my family.❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️
I choose my daily exercise video more-or-less at random, depending mainly on how much time I have; and guess what, I strike gold every time. This short stretch routine is no exception: I feel the difference! I am finding that “less is often more”, which leaves me keen for the next session, and for the long routines when I am feeling expansive! Brilliant! Nick
Awesome Mike I pretty much can remember all of the exercises but if I don’t I turn on my iPad , y fav right now is the eye exercises as I have eye issues and going to eyedr this week and have been doing them about 3 weeks Thank you Mikeci have all the workouts saved on my you tube channel
Hello Mike! A nice package of your tried and true stretches. Truly enjoyed it. To let you know that Sundays are exercise free days for me. Instead, I sprinkle my entire day with all the stretches (7 in all) you have in your compilation--a total of about 1 hr. 25 mins. (minus the chats). They're refreshing after engaging in various household activities. I can add this one to them as it's really nice. Today I replaced your morning stretches, which I do daily, with this one. Aaaah, I feel great after doing it Thanks loads!...Anastasia

Just got back from a rigorous hike today, felt my body stiffening up, these stretches really helped relieve that.
Thanks for the timed exercises. Most PT‘s just fly through the exercises, and I’m too lazy to do them on my own! :D
Agreed!
