Today I tried the streching (Upper body). There is nothing like streching the spine (arms all the way up to the ceiling). It gives me a sense of total wellbeing! Thank you once again Mike. I am with you everyday mostly with 35 to 40 minutes workouts.

Thank you for your video on stretching and upper body workout! Just came across them and feel really great. Felt a little stiff and achy today. I am not a senior but was in a car accident back in February and suffered some neck issues that cause me much discomfort. Besides doing what my Doctor recommend, I taking control of my health and doing what is best for me in the long term. Will keep these videos handy to do when not doing other therapies. Thank you for the eye exercises. They are very good for me. One question: I wear sight glasses all the time. Do we do these exercises whilst wearing sight glasses or without my glasses - specially for the long distance outside focus. Thai you.
Hi I need the stretching and general easy work out.in view of CV19 I have had 2 ops cancelled, rotator cuff and ruptured Achilles(fall) I stop when I feel pain in my shoulder and have difficulty with the marching . Am I doing more damage to myself as I do feel better for it. Howard
Howard I can't answer this question, best to check with your doctor in person...... It sounds like you are being cautious which is good. Movement is important, If you feel better this is a good sign. Never push into any pain!
