So what helped to avoid getting a pulling design was mainly making a thicker outline?

Hello John,
I found this very useful, thank you. I don't have Hatch but I do have the MBX.5.5 software. Can I do this with a design for a hat which is not the EMB file? this is a PES FILE.

Also with hats be careful it’s not too high cause sometimes the sewing arm hits the top of the cap and changes it’s shape
