    Thank you John, as usual your instructional video are easy to follow. I will now go back and work on cap backs with the round hoop. Too hard to embroider backs in cap hoop.

    That was brilliant, thank you. I have e4, but find doing text on curves a bit "random", so your way of doing it with any shape and then matching to your own curve is perfect. Another great tip learnt. And I'm grateful many times a day for the video about doing a reef knot so that you can just pull the knot through the eye of the needle when you change thread - what an amazing time saver!
