Most people would be surprised that this is new money people and in Gaborone this estate is not seen as the "rich neighborhood" anymore. Most Americans and Europeans can afford these houses on an average salary. Go to neighborhoods outside the city and you'll find the $5Million+ properties.
Well these people are in Botswana not America, making them rich or upper middle class per Botswana standard if they are earning in USD from aboard. You don't have to be a multi-millionaire to be considered rich even here in the US
Thanks! So I was mostly focusing on the houses and didn't get to see it all. I know there's other facilities such as squash court, gym, jogging trail, bird watching, restaurants, club house, hotel, swimming pool at the hotel etc. but I don't think there's a library (I stand to be corrected though).
Phakalane Estate has been our pride for awhile and I would be excited to assume my residence in Phakalane or Gaborone Central, thank you, Mpho Kesitwe Tshoagong
It will do good to pay a visit the art exhibition at the National art gallery in Gaborone. Upon arrival there you will be assured into an exhibition space with works of art hanging on the walls while others are exhibited in the round.
Hey, I have Ramotswa coming up next. I'll definitely check out Setlhoa village, I had no idea about it. I just googled it, will definitely try to get in for a video. Thanks for the tip.
@@africatravels6029woow Ramotswa my home village .Hope you visited Sepitswane ,Magope and Lesetlhana and Khudiring thats where the nice houses or the rich stays in Ramotswa
Samoras, Franklins, Madibas. I want to either buy a house or buy land and construct a house in this estate. I was to buy my first house in Nigeria but in Phalakane Golf Estate, my heart will be in Ibiza. I expect an approval from the Botswana GQverNment by Sunday on my proposal. Right next to where KB lives. That's Kamuzu Banda. Connectеd to the rib, now we livin' Telemundo
Thanks for watching. Kindly subscribe to notified of upcoming videos 😊.
This is a real estate. You can tell by the trees because the actual mansions are hidden deep inside. The yards are very big.
