Thank you for taking us along on this flight. Fantastic video and great facts. I loved it. I was booked to fly to Gaborone in 2020 but covid cancelled my plans, so this video has spurred me on to plan another visit to Botswana 😃
"Though I've never flown, I toured Botswana via road from SA. My daughter loves planes, and I can't wait to see her reaction on a real flight. I've also visited SSK airport just for a tour, and it was refreshing to witness the entire process I had only imagined. Thanks for the informative video!" 🌍🚗✈😊

Great video with awesome views. The plane looked almost empty and this shows that soon maybe Air Botswana will cease flying this route since it appears not to be economic. I travelled on this route on this jet a few years back and the plane is comfortable. But the meal service on your flight looked very pathetic despite the attractive looking box in which the so called meal was served up. Just a couple of biscuits for a two hour or so flight? And no tea or coffee? And your flight left at about breakfast time. And you showed us the galley where the so called 'meal' was prepared - what preparation? I am sure the 'loaded' boxes came on board the plane and then simply handed out during the flight. I have travelled on domestic flights many times with Air Algerie in Algeria and been served full tasty meals. And the same goes for flights on Iran Air in Iran where full meals are served despite the sanctions.
Hi! You should fly on royal air maroc's 737 max again! And this time seated at 10F, i want to know what the view is because im also seated there! Chokran :)
What a pretty modern and very clean airport terminal. However, they need tourism and business so that they can afford to build another runway and have Airbus and Boeing planes. I cannot believe that they have no flat screens for IFE. Do they have liquor on board availability, coffee, tea, it is a short haul. Why is the little air traffic that they have just with Cape Town & Johannesburg South Africa?
British Airways used to land their B747 on this runway before it was upgraded in 2010s. And big planes have landed here when there is low visibility for landing in Johannesburg airport before - it is used as a diversion airport since its only and hour away from Joburg. The airports in both Maun and Kasane have more airplane movements since that is where tourism hotspots are, particularly the Maun Airport.
IF you believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross and rose again on the third day and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord then you Will Be Saved
I know a little about this country, i just know that their economy goes well, but they have high percentage of people wit hiv, what a pity, because it is not so far from Angola, i should know a little more about them, enjoy your trip.

Hi , I want to ask a question not related to the planes in particular but you should check in at what time before departure.
Hi Celfin
2 hours before take off is fine
Enjoy your flight
I read that Air Botswana is owned by the Government of Botswana. The Snack box advertiser, Bofinet is also owned by the Government of Botswana.

The runway can land large planes. The President of India once visited the country on a Boeing 747
Yes they service many things and the airport can welcome large planes
