Private Ryan, by Michael Murphy

My neighbor is a good guy, but quite. Not sure what rank he might of been, we never talk about the war except that it was bad. But he lives a quiet, private life, Private Ryan. He almost didn't make it thru last winter. When he goes, I'll miss him, but I'll be happy for him, life is what it is. When it's right, I hope to share this song with him.

@@therealrosswhite I was just working in my garden, starting to clean up, end of summer. Looked at my neighbors house and this started coming. We all have people, neighbors and relatives, that struggle with things. Winter is coming and seasonal affective disorder, SAD, is real. Peace, love and a little music 🎶

Thank you, I was thinking of him, and it started coming out lyrically, so the song. But, last winter was hard on him, he goes out to eat almost daily, just some crappy fast food, but that's how he likes it. Anyhow, when the weather was bad, he just stopped eating, and we almost lost him. We all need to look after people in our circle, and neighbors. Peace, love and a little music,
