This might change the board’s mind now, who were more than open to extend his contract, but it looks like it’s the same old for Checo now as it’s unlikely he will be a Red Bull driver in 2025.

It seems to be an acceptable tactic for the top drivers to drive the opposition off the track. Verstappen has been doing it for years. Totally agree that it's not the fault of Perez.

I mean thats a really interesting point. The fact if the accident isn’t your fault, then the team that caused the accident should cover some sort of financial damage. I mean its a hard one to implement especially with teams never wanting to take responsibility and considering its a racing sport so you will always expect an accident at some point in time. But still interesting to look at it as a financial rule since the introduction of a budget cap
