Unfortunately though, this is a little too easy, and not everyone's experience. The lack of direct communication does have consequences because of how untruthful the online world can be. People lie about themselves, and with any luck that's as far as it goes. Then there's so many beliefs going around in the dating world as you mentioned. People like to use words like "high value", "alpha/beta", "simp", etc which all seem to be making expectations even worse more than anything, as if there hasn't been enough dating struggles. Men are naturally the hunters in the dating world which does make a difference to their masculinity, but a lot of them have been given the wrong impression about it from women for so long, they no longer want to be the hunters, and would prefer for women to initiate a date, and while they seem to have more appeal and would probably succeed more in their attempts, thus progressing the dating world even further anyway.
