Jessica O. Matthews on what inspires her: “I’m really inspired by the idea of helping people be happy and self-actualized. Not necessarily just to make someone just happy in the moment, but to really think about how can we create systems that bring the good out of people, and make them feel pretty good in general about life. Maybe things aren’t perfect-things are rarely ever going to be perfect-but they feel pretty good, and they think they’re making progress.”
