    Thank you very much ! Your video is unique and VERY helpful - despite showing the whole process from A to Z you are only person who showed HOW to install a battery of a bigger than standard size (supposedly H5) and in a very simple way! I'm shaking your hand, man!

    Actually works for my 2021 Honda CR-V. Thanks for the video. I'll be paying $160 on the dealership if not for this.

    Thank you so much! As a single mom, your video helped me so much. I also invested in one of those genius boosters a few years ago after my car died in my garage and it was pulled in. Never making that mistake again! Best investment ever.

    Thanks for this. You would think this would be in then owner's manual, right? But no. By the way, if you're looking to reset the system, which will be required if you change the battery, you can skip all the way to the 19 minute mark to start. You have to wait until the satellite has been reached and the message is removed from the screen. Then shut the car off and follow instructs at about 19m 30s. I also had to drive about 1000 feet for this to clear.

    The yellow top optima didn’t last very long? How old was it?

    • @PaulNaylor3
      @PaulNaylor3  2 месяца назад +1

      The one I replaced in this video was 14 months old. I am not saying that it was the fault of Optima. I have my concerns that something may be wrong with the CR-V electrical draw that may cause premature battery failure.

      @@PaulNaylor3 thanks for that. I’ve heard the quality isn’t as good as they used to be. I think I’ll save the extra 100 bucks. 👍

      I saw this on RUclips: under the hood to the right of the battery is a fuse box. With the car turned off, remove the number 19 fuse. Start the car then turn the car off. Replace the fuse. Start the car. This may fix your problem. Please reply to let us know if this works.

    Yeah, car batteries have gotten crazy expensive, and the warranties are getting shorter and shorter in length.
