As a dentistry student, I recommend you to use the toothpaste that has at least 1400 ppm fluoride in it, using this type of toothpaste is the considered one of the important preventive measurement you take for your health, and in this case your oral health. Yes fluoride is toxic when you slick it, so as long as you dont eat your toothpaste I recommend to use one with fluoride inside it. It has so many benefits for the teeth.
